Through the Job Boards feature, you can post jobs to thousands of job boards, government portals, and social media in just a few clicks. It allows you to scale Job Advertising efforts, cut costs, and accelerate hiring, directly from within Talkpush.
Whether you're running high-volume campaigns or looking to drive more qualified applications, this feature is designed to simplify how you distribute jobs, manage spend, and boost conversion rates.
We support three posting models:
Paid Job Advertisement: Purchase job board slots directly from Talkpush, either as standalone channels or in pre-bundled packages.
Bring Your Own Contract: Use your own job board contracts by connecting them to Campaigns from within the platform.
Free Posting: Publish to an Organic Posting Network (OPN) that distributes your jobs across boards offering free organic listings.

You can mix and match options to maximize your reach and create Campaign setups that fit your sourcing strategy.
How it works
Managing Job Advertisement through Campaign Settings
Paid Job Advertisement
With Paid Job Advertisement, you can purchase Job Ads in different Job Boards, portals, and social media, directly from the Campaign Settings.
Go to Campaign Settings > Job Boards. This is where all campaign-level job advertising is managed.
Access from the Campaigns Tab
Select Advertise to open the ad distribution flow. If you're using free ads via OPN, toggle the Free Advertisement option on.
Confirm audience targeting. Most fields will be pre-filled, but you can still adjust the content. This data determines which job boards or packages are recommended based on performance history and candidate fit. Click Next.
After confirming targeting, you'll see board options with predicted results, including duration, cost, and discounted bundles (if available). Select the options you need, click Add to Campaign and continue.
Connect your own contract (optional). If your team has a direct agreement with a job board, you can connect it here. First, ensure the contract is added under Company Settings > Job Boards (see steps). Once added, you can select it during your campaign setup.
Click Add to Campaign and Next to proceed.Complete posting details by filling extra details. Most of this pulls data from Main Settings, but you can override details here if needed. Continue.
Review and place the order. Double-check the order summary (channels selected & cost per channel). When you're sure about the order, click Order Campaign when you're ready to launch.
Once you've purchased your Campaign, you'll be able to review its status in the same tab. The job board section will show:Channel name and status
Start/end dates
Clicks and views
Delivery confirmation
This view updates automatically and helps you track which boards are performing best.
Free Job Postings through OPN
To publish for free, toggle Free Advertisement on from the campaign view. This will automatically send your job to all enabled free job boards within 24 hours.
We recommend enabling auto opt-in via your Account Manager to activate this by default for new campaigns.
→ Available free job boards (OPN).
Managing Contracts in Company Settings
Bring Your Own Contract
To use your own job board contracts, you'll first need to connect them to Talkpush.
The instructions below walk you through connecting a job slot posting contract to Talkpush.
Go to Company Settings > Job Boards > Click on +Add Contract
Type in the Job Board name in the search bar and select the Job Board where you have an existing contract with (we'll use Adzuna for this example).
Enter the contract details and click Add to my Contracts
Your contract will be displayed in the Company Settings Job Board Tab and ready to link to Campaigns from Campaign Settings.
Note: Remember that this is the first step to connect contracts to Talkpush, once they've been added, you'll have to connect them to Campaigns individually.
All configurations vary according to the Job Board your bringing in the contract from, altering the data input that is required for the connection. Once you select the desired job board, the page will automatically render the instructions and fields that are specific to that job board.
There are various optional fields that you can use for managing your contract:
Contract Alias - allows you to give your contract a name.
Contract Expiry - allows you to set the date that your contract will expire.
Purchase Price - allows you to display the cost of the posting. This is informative for users, this does not result in a fee being charged.
How Many Credits - allows you to set the amount of posting inventory you have with a job board. This feature will track and display inventory in real time. This is not reconciled with job boards; if you post a job directly to a job board and not through this feature, the credit tracker will not track that.
Note: We do not recommend to remove contracts that are associated to active Campaigns.
Source Tracking in Talkpush
This helps distinguish paid vs. organic performance when reviewing Campaign outcomes.
