NEW Viewing Candidate Assessments in Talkpush

Written by Kyla Landicho
Updated over 3 weeks ago

As part of an upcoming deployment scheduled between Friday and Sunday across multiple regions, recruiters will gain the ability to view candidate assessments directly within the CRM Doc Section.

This update introduces a new assessment visibility window within the Documents tab of the candidate profile. The goal is to make it easier for recruiters to quickly review assessment activity without needing to navigate outside of the CRM or scroll through attributes.

This change applies at first for all SHL powered assessments, and once confirmed and fully approved, will expand to any other assessments.

Where to Find Assessments

Once deployed, assessments completed or generated for a candidate will appear under the Documents tab in the candidate profile.

Each assessment entry will display key information, including:

  • Assessment name

  • Assessment report (downloadable)

  • Scores

  • Timestamp information

  • Assessment reference link

This allows recruiters to quickly confirm whether a candidate has completed an assessment and review the results directly from the CRM with an easy view.

In future updates (coming weeks), additional metadata will also be visible, such as:

  • Date the assessment was triggered

  • Folder where the assessment was initiated

  • Assessment completion date and time

This information will help recruiters better understand the timeline and context of candidate assessments. Any assessments done (even retakes) will be displayed in this section as a card per assessment.

Assessment Scores

All scores and scaling displayed in Talkpush come directly from SHL. This means the score structure shown in the CRM will mirror the exact scoring format provided by SHL. Talkpush does not modify or reinterpret these scores; it simply displays the information as received from the assessment provider.

Important Notes

This update is view-only and does not change how assessments are triggered or completed. Specifically:

  • Existing attributes remain unchanged

  • Existing autoflows continue to work exactly as before

  • Assessment triggering logic is not affected

  • Assessment completion processes remain unchanged

This feature simply provides a centralized place within the CRM to view assessment activity.

Future Enhancements

This initial release focuses on providing visibility into assessments. In upcoming updates, we plan to introduce additional improvements, including:

  • Filtering options within the assessment view

  • Expanded metadata and timeline information

These enhancements will help recruiters more easily track and analyze candidate assessment history.
