Being on top of the latest replies you’ve gotten from candidates is important to keep them engaged and in the know. The Pending Reply Shortcut gives you a comprehensive view of all leads across different campaigns and folders awaiting your response.
On the Leads Tab, beside the notification bell, is the Pending Reply icon. When you click it, it will open a dropdown menu containing two options:
My Leads Pending Reply
This will automatically filter leads that match the following search criteria:
All Campaigns
All Folders
Pending Reply
My Leads (candidates that are assigned to you)
All Leads Pending Reply
This will automatically filter leads that match the following search criteria:
All Campaigns
All Folders
Pending Reply
