This article will tell you everything you need to know on how to create custom folders and edit existing ones.

Here's how to do it:

CREATING A CUSTOM FOLDER

Step 1: On the header, click on "company settings".
Step 2: In folder settings, click on "add a custom folder"
Step 3: Set up the custom folder

            (a) Default Folder Button - turning on this button will automatically include in all                   existing and newly created campaigns. (Pro Tip: Associated campaigns will                   be unavailable upon turning on this button)
            (b) Name of Custom Folder - add a title to easily identify the custom folder
            (c) Associated Campaigns - In case you don’t  want to include this custom                         folder in  all campaigns, this section will allow you  to select the campaigns                   which this custom folder needs to be associated to.
Step 4: Click on "save" to end the process.

EDITING A CUSTOM FOLDER

Step 1: On the header, click on "company settings".
Step 2: In folder settings, click on the edit icon across the custom folder.
(Note: Folders with no edit icon are the default folders which cannot be customized)

Step 3: Execute the changes needed.
Step 4: Click on "save" to end the process.
