📌Why is it important?

Nothing beats organization when you want to accomplish your goals faster. When stuff is organized, you know where to focus, you know what needs to be prioritized.

No recruiter would want to look at a jumbled list of candidates and go through them one by one. As recruiters who have goals and metrics to achieve, we would want something that could help sort out this list, so that we can address them in groups and save time.

That's basically what labels can do. It helps you categorize your candidates the way you want them sorted, which in turn results in easier access when you search/filter them in the CRM. It's very easy to set up, plus, you can edit or delete them anytime! The best practice is to decide on which labels you really need -- as creating too many will result in clutter.

⚙️How to configure it?


To create or add a new label, simply click on Add Label and type in your chosen keyword.

Do note that you cannot have duplicate labels. You may, however, use labels that were previously added without having to go to this screen. All you need to do is go to your candidate, click the + icon, type in the keyword, and then choose from the available options.

Adding label/s to a Single Candidate:

Step 1: In your leads screen window select a single candidate

Step 2: On the upper right, simply click on the (+) below the candidate's name and select the label for this candidate


Note: (You can delete a label by clicking on the <x> icon

Adding label/s to Multiple Candidates:


Step 1: Select multiple candidate by clicking on their profile

Step 2: Select <Assign Labels>

Step 3: Select the labels for the candidates in the drop-down.
Note: You can delete the label by just clicking on the label under <selected labels>

Since adding labels is a background job (Depending on the volume of labels you are adding to candidates) You will know if these has been added if you see the following details below. 👇

You can search candidates with these tags by following these steps

Step 1: Click on the <Search bar> and select <label>

Step 2: Select the label you intend to filter out then press enter

Results: This will show the candidates with that specific label 😉
