We are delighted to announce that we have strengthened the methods in which candidates are added to the CRM. 

Talkpush provides three (3) ways of incorporating candidates, and those are:

         I. Manual Adding of Candidates
         II. CV Upload
         III. Import CSV

Let's start with entering the Candidate details manually.

I. Manual Adding of candidates

Step 1: Click on "Add Candidates" in the leads drop down.

*You will notice these schemes on the left side of the screen. Complete the existing field to proceed to the next one.

Step 2: Select manual add then hit continue

Step 3: Fill out the information needed. Click on "add row" to add more candidates. Once done, hit continue

 📌The country code can be selected under "mobile" if necessary.
📌You can always go back to the previous screen by clicking on "go back" button

Step 4: Click on "OK" to finish the process

Now let's move on CV/Resume Upload.

II. CV/Resume Upload

Step 1: Click on "Add Candidates" in the drop down leads

Step 2: Select upload resume then hit continue

Step 3: Fill out the information needed and then click on "upload" button to upload CVs. Once done, click on continue.

📌You may upload multiple CVs at a time by holding on *ctrl* when selecting the files from your computer.
📌You can always go back to the previous screen by clicking on "go back" button

Step 4: Wait for the screen to load
Step 5: Click "OK" to end the process. 

Successful upload will show a ✔️ result, while failed one will give you an ❌ mark.

💡 To upload a CV successfully, there must be enough information to create a candidate profile. This includes either a phone number or email contact information. If there is no phone number, email will be required. If there is no email, phone number will be required. 

If the CV upload fails because both are missing, you can add the missing information easily on the preview screen. Once name, phone and email are present, you can click "Continue" and new candidate profiles will be created with CV attachments.
 

Step 6: Hit "continue" to go back to the leads screen.

Last but not least, the Parse CSV file option.

III. Import CSV

Step 1: In the leads drop down, click on "add candidates"

Step 2: Select Import CSV then hit continue

Step 3: Select the campaign you want to incorporate the upload the CSV file

📌Click on "download" to see a sample format of a CSV template
📌To successfully import candidates, (1)Phone numbers must not contain special characters and/or letters and (2)E-mail addresses must be valid (example@email.com)
📌You may select the country code under "phone" if necessary.

Step 4: Preview the list of candidates to be uploaded. Add a source if needed. Once done, hit continue.

Step 5: Click "OK" to end the process. 

That's it! As simple as that!
