The Talkpush team has implemented some changes to our export data feature, which will increase the speed of downloading the data. 🀩

What are these changes? πŸ“

All campaigns are no longer the default option during export βœ”οΈ

When we export data in the past, "All Campaigns" are selected as a default, though typically, we only need the data for a specific campaign/s.

This export activity may lead to a large amount of data, which is not necessarily required and will take a longer time to complete the download. πŸ™ˆ

Starting today, "All campaigns" will no longer be the default selected option. Instead, you will need to specify which campaign/s you would like to export.

FAQ: Will "All Campaigns" option still be available?
The answer is yes. πŸ˜‰ You will see this option at the bottom of the list, or you can easily type in the keyword to pull out the campaign.

Selecting Candidate Attributes βœ”οΈ

We can all agree that selecting all attributes by clicking on the [>>] button is more convenient when exporting data. However, as we pick more, we add more data.πŸ™ˆ

One of the substantial attributes that contribute to a large amount of data is the extra data and the transcript data attributes.

What is Extra Data and Transcript data?

The extra data consists of the candidate attributes that you add manually or collect through the interview questions.
These attributes are stored under the "other Information" in the candidate's profile.

The Transcript Data consists of the interview answers exported as text, audio transcription, and video or image links.

Today, when a user clicks on [>>] button, these two attributes will not be selected. See the video below. πŸ‘‡

Don't you worry! You can still select these attributes by double-clicking on it. πŸ˜…
