When candidates interact with your recruitment Facebook bot, Job Cards allow them to look for open positions and apply to the one that interests them most. Job Cards are particularly useful for candidates who wish to narrow down their options based on country or city requirements. If you've discovered a missing Job Card, here's what you can do to fix it.

Check the Campaign Connection to Facebook

If the Facebook Page is not connected, the Job Card for this Campaign won't be available; so select the Facebook Page to activate the connection with the bot and test the feature once more. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab & identify the Campaign

  2. Click the quick menu > Sourcing

  3. Select a Facebook Page to connect the Campaign

Check if the Facebook Page is Whitelisted

In order for your Job Cards to be displayed correctly the pages need to be whitelisted in the Page Settings of your Facebook/Meta Suite. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Business Manager

  2. Go to Settings > Advanced Messaging

  3. Check for "Whitelisted domains"

Note: If there is no Whitelisted Domain in the listing, contact your Customer Success Manager for support.

Check the Campaign's Country Field in Talkpush

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab & identify the Campaign

  2. Click the quick menu > Main Settings

  3. Check the Campaign's Job Settings

Update the Country field of the affected Campaign and make sure that all the address fields are configured correctly.

Check the Number of Campaigns per Location

The maximum number of campaigns currently supported per location is 10. If you have more than ten campaigns in a single location, try dividing them into smaller groups with different names, like Houston 1 and Houston 2, for example.

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab.

  2. Check the number of campaigns with chatbot enabled per city.

📝 Note: If, after following the steps above, the issue persists, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager for support.
