Employees can refer candidates to open roles using a unique, trackable referral link. Generated through the company’s Referral Page, these links can be shared with potential applicants, and any referrals are automatically attributed to the employee and tracked throughout the hiring process.

How it works
After the feature has been activated, you will have access to an Employee Referral Program page that lists all selected Campaigns and allows employees to share a unique referral link for candidates to apply to all available positions.
Customize Your Employee Referral Program Page
Go to Company Settings > Job Listing Page > Employee Referral Program
From this panel, you can tailor the look and tracking capabilities of your referral program site. You can:
Set or update the ERP Job Listing URL where applicants will view openings.
Add a Page Header to introduce the program (up to 60 characters).
Upload a Banner image (1280 × 400 px, JPG/JPEG/PNG) to brand the page.
Integrate tracking tools by adding your Google Tag Manager Container ID and Facebook Pixel ID.
Once your customizations are ready, click Save to apply them.
Once this is completed, you can easily copy and share the ERP Job Listing URL provided in the panel.
Enable Campaigns
Select which Campaigns will be listed in the Referral Program Listing; any Campaign toggled 'Yes' will be displayed on this site. You can do this directly from Campaign Settings > Main Settings.
Link Request & Delivery
Employees will visit the Company's Job Listing Page. To register, they must:
Click the "Refer a Friend" button
Submit a valid company email address
Submit their first & last name
Referral link requests are only processed for email addresses that match the company’s approved domain(s).
If the request is successful, the system sends a referral link to the employee's email. This link is:
Unique to the employee
Persistent (does not expire)
Reusable across multiple referrals
If the email address is not authorized or if the employee is ineligible, a rejection notification is displayed.
Note: If you need to revoke access to the Employee Referral Program, please reach out to our Product Support team.
Employees can share their referral link directly with individuals they wish to refer. Clicking the link redirects candidates to the Job Listing Page, where they can apply to any currently open and active campaign. No login or manual form is required from the employee to complete the referral process.
Tracking
Once a Candidate has applied using the ERP Link, the referee's data will be stored in Talkpush as Candidate Attributes, and the Source will be: Employee Referral Program.
Reminder: To start using the Employee Referral Link Generator, contact your Account Manager for activation. If deactivated (e.g., due to offboarding), the link redirects to the general Job Listing Page
