The My Account panel lets you edit your profile data according to your preference.
To set up your Talkpush account profile, follow these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
3. Fill out the required fields, such as your name, email, and phone number.
4. You can also set your preferences in the following categories:
- Avatar (Profile photo)
- Username
- Position Title
- Skype ID
- Language
- Timezone
Note: Currently, Talkpush supports eight languages: English, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Hebrew, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Thai.
If you'd like to add another language to your interface, simply reach out to your Account Manager, and we'll be glad to assist you!
Change your Password
You can update your password proactively at the bottom of the My Account page.
Just set your new password in the fields Password & Password confirmation and your current password in Current Password.
💡After six failed login attempts, your account will be locked. If this happens, contact Product Support to have your account unlocked.
