TikTok has become a key player in driving engagement and generating leads. With over a billion active users worldwide, this platform allows businesses to tap into the wide range of audiences TikTok reaches. But how can you transform TikTok's viral content into valuable lead data and effectively manage it through Talkpush? TikTok Lead Ads is a powerful tool that integrates with Google Sheets and Talkpush to help capture your lead creation process.

In this step-by-step guide, we’ll walk you through setting up TikTok Lead Ads, collecting leads directly into Google Sheets, and syncing that data with Talkpush. This integration will allow you to enhance your recruitment pipeline using TikTok, ensuring you do not miss out on the reach of one of the top five social media platforms for your lead generation process.

Steps: Connecting Talkpush to TikTok

  1. Create a TikTok Business Account: Go to TikTok Ads Manager

  2. Design Your Lead Ad Campaign: Choose 'Lead Generation' as your campaign objective. Fill in details such as budget, targeting, and creatives. Learn how to create a TikTok lead ad here.

  3. Create a Lead Form: Create a form where users can fill in their information. Customize the fields to collect the required data (Name, Email, and Phone Number) during the setup of the Lead Ad custom settings.

  4. Link your Google sheet to the TikTok Lead Form: Select Connect to CRM > Google Sheets > The form you want to connect > The Google sheet to which you want to share the leads.

  5. Setting Up Google Sheets to Sync with Talkpush: Go to the campaign to which you want to link the form, Campaign Settings > Sourcing > scroll down to the Spreadsheet section > Paste the Spreadsheet’s link on the Google spreadsheet URL field and click Authorize Access.

It's all done! Once you have completed these steps, leads from TikTok will flow to the desired Campaign in Talkpush.

How to link a new Google Form

Currently, a campaign can only link to one form. To link a new form, click Reset Spreadsheet URL > Yes and proceed to the steps to link a Google form.

Note: Resetting a spreadsheet means you lose the ability to track incoming leads gathered by your form.
