Sourcing is the second section that you will find in the analytics tab. This dashboard will let you and your team monitor where your leads are coming from and the different channels that you are utilizing. This will help you visualize the most effective method to engage with your leads and determine which screening methods work best for each source category to boost your team’s completion rate.

In this article, you will learn how to read and navigate through the different graphs under sources.

Leads Graphs

This section of the Source analytics will show the graphs:

  • Leads by source over time

  • Number of leads by source

  • Sources vs. Current folder

  • Source vs. screening channel

  • Screening method used by source category

Leads by Source Over Time

The Leads by source over time graph shows an overview of your results per source, reflecting how many leads you and your team have acquired per source.

On the right, you can see a legend of what sources you’re currently utilizing, and at the bottom of the graph, the date filter. This can help you monitor the lead volume you’re getting for each, depending on what date filter you choose.

We can see in the graph above that the candidates are primarily applying via online ads, and only a few applied via FB Messenger for April. We can make the necessary adjustments to boost the number of candidates who may apply via messenger with this data.

Tip: Hover the mouse over to the top left of the graph to choose the best mode that works for you and your team. The default mode is “stacked” mode. To change the mode, you may click on the dropdown for “Mode” and then select the two other modes, which are the “Grouped” mode and the “100% Stacked” mode.

Source vs. Current Folder

Track your candidate’s journey from profile creation to folder movement. Here you will see the leads coming from the different sourcing channels you have and in which folder they’re currently.

This can help your team monitor the flow of the candidate journey that your leads have and see the number of candidates that are in each folder. This way, when you see scenarios wherein many candidates are stuck on a specific folder, you can define a strategy to streamline the application process.
