Business Hours help you control when automated messages are delivered to Candidates. By defining specific hours of operation, you ensure that messages are sent only during times when your team is available, creating a better Candidate experience.
Once configured, any automated messages triggered outside of business hours will be queued and automatically sent at the start of the next business day. Recruiter manual messages are not affected and will be delivered instantly.
📌 Note: Business Hours are configured by Talkpush Admins. To enable or update this feature, please contact your Account Manager or the Product Support team.
How it works
Defined Per Account: Business Hours can be set according to your preferences (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Queued Messages: If a message is triggered at 2:00 AM, it will be held and sent at the start of the next opening hour (e.g., 8:00 AM).
Message Types Affected:
Autoflow-triggered messages
Campaign Settings Messaging
Channels: Messenger, Email, WhatsApp, etc.
Manual Messages: Messages sent directly by recruiters will bypass Business Hours and be delivered immediately.
Days Off: Weekends or holidays can be marked as non-working days, ensuring no automated messages are sent during those times.
Requesting Business Hours Activation
Since this feature is configured by Talkpush Admins, here’s how you can request it:
Steps
Contact your Account Manager or the Product Support Team
Specify the working hours you’d like to set (e.g., Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Mention if you want certain days marked as off (e.g., weekends or specific holidays).
Wait for Confirmation
The Admin team will configure Business Hours in your Company Settings.
Verify the Setup
Test by triggering an Autoflow or Campaign message outside of business hours.
Confirm that it is queued and then delivered at the next available opening hour.
