With this option, we can give a time frame to reach out to our candidates without being too clingy.
Use Case
You are a recruiter tasked with hiring new talent for a rapidly growing company. To manage a large number of candidates efficiently, you decide to use Talkpush's Autoflow Send Message Action and set up Delay Action to send reminders at strategic intervals: after one day, after the third day, and after one week. Your goal is to ensure that candidates in the Inbox folder stay engaged throughout the application process and complete the interview as soon as possible.
How to Send Automatic Reminders via Autoflow
1. Go to Campaign Settings > Autoflow then click on Add Action.
2. On the Add Action page, click Create Trigger.
3. Select the Folder of the candidates you want to send the reminder message. In this case, we are sending reminders for candidates in the Inbox folder to complete their interviews. Select Inbox then click on Next.
4. Since all the candidates inside the Inbox folder need to be sent the chase message, select a candidate attribute and set a trigger that will capture all candidates.
Ex: Email is present
5. After the Create a Trigger step, click the Add Action button, then select which messaging platform you want to send the message or choose the Send Message option, to send the message via the last platform used to reach the candidate.
6. On the text box, type the chase message you want to send the candidates. Then hit Save and click Continue to activate the Autoflow.
7. Now to set up a delay for this action, click on the Delay Action button, then set the number of Days, Hours, and Minutes of the delay, then hit Save.
Note: Since you are sending 3 chase messages for different time intervals, you need to set up 3 different Autoflows. You can set up the interval for when the message needs to be sent and also customize each of the reminder messages.
Confirmation & Reminders sent to the Best Available Channel
Candidates will receive interview confirmations and reminders through their preferred communication method.
Multi-Channel Delivery: Confirmation and reminder messages for interviews scheduled via both the Calendar and Recruitment Center will be sent through the most effective channel, in addition to email.
