With Scheduled Messaging, recruiters can plan and schedule messages for a later time across various communication channels, including SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Messenger. This flexibility ensures that recruiters can reach candidates on their preferred platforms at the most convenient times.

Recruiters can specify the exact date, hour, and minute for message delivery, with the system defaulting to a suggested time of "Tomorrow at 8:00 AM" for quick scheduling. Additionally, scheduling is done in your time zone, ensuring seamless coordination. Upon scheduling, recruiters receive immediate confirmation, and scheduled messages are visually distinguished in white in the chat history for easy identification.

To ensure a smooth experience, the system prompts recruiters to enter a message if the text field is empty. To simplify planning, scheduling is limited to a two-week window. Once sent, scheduled messages revert to the standard graphic style, maintaining consistency in the chat history.
