Managing candidates in Autoflow is now easier and more intuitive with the Autoflow Visualizer. This feature provides a clear, flowchart-style view of how candidates progress through folders, automations, and conditions — helping recruiters understand the journey at a glance.
The Visualizer turns your candidate flows into a single, interactive diagram:
Folders, actions, automations, and conditions appear as distinct nodes.
Arrows connect nodes, showing exactly how candidates move through the flow.
Branches clearly illustrate conditions, so you can see what happens when criteria are met or not.
End-to-end view of the entire Autoflow journey in one diagram.
This makes workflows self-explanatory, reduces confusion, and aligns with how recruiters naturally think about processes.
Using the Autoflow Visualizer allows recruiters to work more efficiently by quickly reviewing or configuring flows, minimizing mistakes with a clear view of how automations and conditions interact, and taking full control of workflows without relying on additional support.
How It Works
The Visualizer is available to all campaigns with Autoflows configured. To access it, navigate to the Campaign Settings of your selected campaign, select the Autoflow tab, and then click on "Workflow" at the top of the screen to switch to the Visualizer.
The first thing you will see is the diagram of the Candidate's Journey and all the associated Autoflows. The size and shape will vary between workflows; some may be more vertical, while others may be more horizontal, depending on the actions configured.
At the bottom of the diagram, you will find a tool belt that helps you navigate the configurations, offering options for zooming in and out, as well as opening the diagram in full-screen mode.
You can also reorder the nodes for better clarity; however, this will not affect the actual actions for the Autoflows. If you don't want to accidentally move any node while using the diagram, you can just click the Lock symbol in the tool belt.
Understanding The Nodes
You will find three kinds of nodes within the visualizer, all differentiated by colors, so it's easier to understand at a glance.
The Blue nodes represent the Folder from which the action is triggered.
The White nodes represent the criteria needed to trigger the connected action.
The Green nodes represent the action that will be taken based on the criteria connected to it.
Note that clicking on an action will provide more information about it:
