How Voice-AI Integrates with Talkpush
Voice-AI can be configured within Talkpush through Autoflow to automatically call candidates, enhancing engagement throughout the hiring process and ensuring no lead is left unattended by engaging inactive and active applicants through personalized calls, saving hours of manual outreach. This setup enables Voice-AI to:
Re-engage cold/inactive leads: Call candidates who have not recently interacted, encouraging them to re-enter the recruitment process.
Conduct interviews at various stages: Facilitate interviews during different phases of the hiring journey.
Update candidates on their application status: Provide timely notifications such as reminders, rejection notices, document requests, and more.
Schedule follow-up interviews and future meetings: Set up meetings with candidates with real-time accuracy, finding the best time for them and your team.
Additionally, Voice-AI's call data can populate Candidate Attributes, further automating the recruitment workflow.
Voice-AI is located in the Templates Tab, where you can view the various AI recruiters assigned to your account. You can find multiple AI recruiters, each tailored to different purposes, with unique names, personalities, languages, and accents to suit your recruitment needs.
When navigating to the AI Agents screen in the Templates tab, you can find all AI Agents currently added to your company. In here, you can search them by name and filter them by category (Talkscore AI Interviews or Phone Calls) and hear a sample of the Agent's voice.
After each call, you’ll find a detailed report in the Candidate Profile under the new AI Calls section. This section includes a summary of the call, the recording, and the data captured during the interaction. These insights allow you to evaluate the AI recruiter’s performance and assess how effectively it connects with your candidates. This way, you can refine your approach to better serve your audience.

After the configuration is complete, you will be able to see the same AI Agent details as before, to help you identify quickly which agent is assigned to the action, and it's intended purpose.
