Reset your Talkpush password in just a few clicks!
Steps to Reset Your Password
1. Go to the Talkpush login page and click on Forgotten.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Talkpush account, then click on Send me Instructions.
3. Check your email for a password reset link, and check your spam folder. (Take note that the link will expire after 15 minutes)
4. Click on the link and follow the instructions to set a new password. For security purposes, the password needs to contain at least 1 number, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 special character.
Considerations:
Your account will be locked after six failed login attempts. If this happens, contact Product Support to have your account unlocked.
You can only request a password reset once per minute. If you try more than once, the screen will throttle to protect your account.
