Data visualization is only as good as the information collected from the candidates. Filters and their configurations help streamline the data you need. The Analytics Dashboard has multiple filter options to help pinpoint specific information you wish to review. Here are the different filters 👇
Using different filter options
The Analytics Dashboard consists of 6 sections:

Each section has its respective filter options that correlate to the data presented.
Invitation Date - the date a Candidate Profile is created in Talkpush. The default date range is set to “Last three months”. Users can select the date range from the current date to the last 12 months.
Activity Date is when a candidate is moved from folder A to folder B... The default date range is set to “Last seven days”. Users can select the date range from the current date to the last 12 months.
Application Deleted / Not Deleted - filter the data based on Active applications and Deleted applications.
Active Application - candidates who are still in the recruitment journey
Deleted Application - candidates who have been deleted from Talkpush
Campaign Status - filter the data based on Active campaigns and Archived campaigns.
Active Campaign - campaigns that are in the active folder in the Campaigns tab
Archived Campaign - campaigns that are in the archived folder in the Campaigns tab
Campaign Type - filter the data based on campaign type. Note that only campaign types that have been used will be visible as options.

Campaign Title - filter the data based on specific campaign titles. Note that specific campaign titles will only be visible if you pre-selected the campaign type (filter) they are under.
Campaign Country - filter the data based on a specific campaign country. This is set up in the main settings under the “Country” of each campaign.
Campaign Location - filter the data based on specific campaign location. This is set up in the main settings under the “City” of each campaign.
Recruiter Title / User Position Title / Manager Title - filter data based on the Position title of the Talkpusher user. The position title can be found under “My Account” in the Account Settings.
Assigned Manager / Assigned Recruiter - filter the data based on the assigned manager or assigned Recruiter. Typically, each candidate is assigned a Talkpush user/recruiter that processes their applications.
Source Category - filter the data based on the source category. Source categories are basically the different sourcing channels your company uses, integrated with Talkpush.
Folder - filter the data based on the current folder a candidate is located.
Screening Method - filter the data based on the pre-screening channel that the candidates used.
Folder From - filter candidates who were moved from these folders.
Folder To - filter candidates who were moved to these folders.
Movement By - filter the data based on the movement type. Movement types are either manual movements done by managers or automated movements done by Talkpush features. Example of automated movements: inbox to no response folder due to 3 weeks of inactivity.
Communication Date - the recorded date of communication among candidates using Talkpush (SMS & Calls). The default date range is set to “Last 3 months”. Users have the ability to set the date range from the initial date of recorded communication up to the current date.
Communication Status - filter data based on the status of communication.
Error - SMS or calls that did not push through
No Error - SMS or calls that pushed through
Communication Direction - filter data based on inbound and outbound communication.
Inbound - SMS or calls from the candidate
Outbound - SMS or calls from Talkpush
Communication Type - filter data based on the communication channel.
Communication Source - filter based on who sent the communication.

Hire date: Use this filter to select the dates you want to cover for most graphs and tables.
Completion date: This filter determines the date range for the Completed bar graph (more info on that below)
💡 Pro Tip: Make sure to check all the filters you are using to get accurate results.
Updating the right fitter will help the system present you with the specific information or data that you need.

Sample Use Cases
✅ Determine the monthly volume of leads coming from all your sourcing channels by selecting a one-month date range + all channels in the source category + your active campaigns for the month.
✅ Check your recruiter’s productivity on a quarter by selecting a 3-month date range + the recruiter’s email in the Assigned Recruiter + your active campaigns for the quarter.
✅ Determine a campaign’s lead volume by selecting the campaign type + chosen campaign title.
