If you need to move a single candidate to the Hired Folder, the easiest way is to go to the candidate's profile and click on the Hire Button on the right.

If you want to place one or more candidates in the Hired Folder, Select all the candidates you wish to move. A window full of Bulk Actions will immediately pop up after selecting one candidate, and there you can choose the option Hire to migrate those candidates to the Hired Folder.
