Are you struggling with unresponsive leads lingering in your Talkpush Inbox folder? These are valuable candidates who started their application but never completed it. You can re-engage with them using the Create Application feature, especially when there are new job openings to fill. Here's a simple way to understand how it works:

Use Case:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team wants to fill positions for a new campaign. They have potential candidates in the Inbox folder from previous campaigns, but those candidates didn't complete their applications. Now, they want to encourage these candidates to apply for new opportunities.

How to Do It:

  1. Go to the Leads Tab. Select a campaign and then choose the Inbox folder to filter the candidates you need.

  2. Select all the desired candidates. Click on Create Application in the Bulk Action option, then pick the new campaign you want them invited to.

  3. Click the Send Message toggle button to automatically send an invitation message to each candidate, asking them to complete their application.

  4. If you want a new profile created without keeping the old one, turn on the Do not keep a copy of the application button. If you want to keep the current application and create a copy in the new campaign, leave it off.

  5. Optionally, click on the re-assign candidates button if you want the new profiles to be given to recruiters.

  6. Finally, hit Save, then confirm by clicking Yes.

By following these steps, the TA team can easily reconnect with leads that once showed interest but never finished applying. It's a smart way to tap into a valuable pool of potential hires and fill positions for new campaigns.
