​Create a Single Time Engagement Campaign

Start by creating a new Single-Time Engagement Campaign in Talkpush. Go to the Campaigns Tab, then click on Add Campaign. Make sure to set the Campaign Type to Single Time Engagement. Complete the campaign's main settings, then hit Save to activate the campaign.

Upload Leads Manually

Then, gather a list of potential candidates you want to engage with. These leads come from various sources, such as job fairs, networking events, and LinkedIn connections. Organize the leads on a CSV file. Upload these candidates manually by uploading the CSV file to the Single Time Engagement campaign you created.

​Craft Personalized Messages

On the Leads Tab, filter the candidates inside the new Single Time engagement campaign by selecting the Campaign and then selecting Inbox for the Folder. Select all candidates, then click the Send Message bulk action.

Then, craft personalized SMS and email messages for the candidates. Use tokens to address the candidates by their first names, and tailor the content to highlight specific aspects of the job that align with their skills and aspirations. You can also save these messages as Quick Replies so that you can use it for future SMS or email blasts. Once done with the message select the channel you want to send the messages then hit Send.
