The Recruiter Assignment feature will help you and your organization to distribute the incoming leads (candidates) with your peers.

Once the leads are assigned, you will be able to filter them, specifically Search and Filter Bar. This will allow you as a recruiter to work organized and focused on what matters: your leads (candidates).

In this article, you will learn how to assign these candidates (leads) manually and automatically. Let's get to it!

Manual Assignment ✋🤚

The users with an owner and a manager role can manually assign the candidates to any recruiter in the company, as long as the recruiter has access to that one campaign. Find out more about the different types of access in Talkpush here 👉 Recruiters Access.

Here's how to do it ⤵

✅ Step 1: Upon logging in to Talkpush, select a candidate.

✅ Step 2: Above the chat screen, click on the assign to manager option.

✅ Step 3: Clicking the assign to manager option will pop up a window with a drop-down. Simply select the recruiter to assign the candidate (lead) later, click assign, and we are good to go.

🚀Pro Tip: Bulk Actions is your friend!

Are you looking to assign multiple candidates at once? Here's how:

✅ Step 1: Below the search bar, you can click on the blank circle; it will turn green and activate the bulk action menu.

✅ Step 2: You can choose or remove candidates just by clicking on their picture once the bulk option is activated.

✅Step 3: Once the bulk action option is activated > Click the Assign Recruiter option.

✅Step 4: On the drop-down, choose the recruiter you want to assign to the lead and Voilá!

Automatic Assignment / Round Robin Assignment🤖

The automatic assignment, an algorithm also called Round Robin, takes all new candidates in a specific campaign and distributes them evenly to your designated recruiters.

👀Be aware that when there is only one recruiter in the Round Robin column. All the candidates will be assigned to this user.

Here's how to do it ⤵

Step 1: Upon logging into Talkpush, click on the Campaigns tab

Step 2: Click on the three dots on the right side of the campaign you want to proceed with.

Step 3: Choose Settings ⚙️.

Step 4: On the left pane, click on permission settings.

Drag the users to the round-robin assignment column. Click on the Save button, and you are good to go!

How Round Robin distribution works: Let's say there are three recruiters in the Auto Assign queue. Now, if six leads are added to your campaign, Candidate 1 will be assigned to Recruiter A, Candidate 2 to Recruiter B, Candidate 3 to Recruiter C, Candidate 4 back to Recruiter A and so on in a cyclic order.

Track the productivity of each recruiter on the Analytics Tab.

Simply follow these steps:

✅Step 1: Once logged in Talkpush, go to the analytics tab.

✅Step 2: On the left pane, click on the Recruiter Productivity Report.

✅Step 3: Scroll down to view different reports such as processed leads chart, Processing volume, time per recruiter and Processed leads by a user, and more!.
