The Recruiter Assignment feature will help you and your organization distribute the incoming leads to your team. Once the leads are assigned, you can filter them specifically through the Search and Filter Bar. This will allow you as a recruiter to work organized and focused on what matters: your leads (candidates). In this article, you will learn how to assign these candidates (leads) manually and automatically. Let's get to it!

Manual Assignment

The users with an owner and a manager role can manually assign the candidates to any recruiter in the company, as long as the recruiter has access to that campaign. Find out more about the different types of access in Talkpush here 👉 Recruiters Access.

Here's how to do it ⤵

  1. On the Leads tab, select a candidate.

  2. Above the chat screen, click Assign to Manager.

  3. Clicking the Assign to Manager option will pop up a window with a drop-down. Simply select the recruiter to be assigned to the candidate. Then, click Assign.

Want to assign multiple candidates at once? Here's how:

  1. Below the search bar, click ⚪. This will turn green and activate the bulk action menu. You can also choose or remove candidates just by clicking on their picture once the bulk option is activated.

  2. Once the bulk action option is activated, click Assign Recruiter.

  3. On the drop-down, choose the recruiter you want to assign to the lead and click Continue.

  4. Confirm your action by clicking Yes.

Automatic Assignment / Round Robin Assignment

The automatic assignment, an algorithm also called Round Robin, takes all new candidates in a specific campaign and distributes them evenly to your designated recruiters. If there is only one recruiter in the Round Robin column. All the candidates will be assigned to this user.

Here's how to do it ⤵

  1. Click on the Campaigns tab.

  2. Click on the three dots on the right side of the campaign you want to proceed.

  3. Choose Settings.

  4. On the left pane, click on Permission Settings. Drag the users to the Round robin assignment column and click on Save.

Round Robin Example:
There are three recruiters in the Auto Assign queue. Now, if six leads are added to your campaign, Candidate 1 will be assigned to Recruiter A, Candidate 2 to Recruiter B, Candidate 3 to Recruiter C, Candidate 4 back to Recruiter A and so on in a cyclic order.

💡 Tip: If a recruiter who is part of the Round Robin distribution is out of the office or cannot process your leads for some days, you may remove that recruiter from the Round Robin Assignment column and choose another available recruiter instead.

Pro Tip

Track the productivity of each recruiter on the Analytics Tab.

  1. Once logged in to Talkpush, go to the Analytics tab.

  2. On the left pane, click on the Recruiter Productivity Report.

  3. Scroll down to view different reports such as processed leads chart, Processing volume, time per recruiter, Processed leads by a user, and more!
