Step 1: Confirming your account

Once your hiring manager creates your account, you will receive a confirmation email.

Step 2: Home Screen

Now that you have logged in, this is the screen you will see.

CAMPAIGN DROPDOWN LIST

You can select a single campaign, multiple campaigns, or all available campaigns to load the candidate profiles.


FOLDER DROP DOWN LIST

It loads candidates from a specific folder and informs you of how many applications are there.


CANDIDATE LIST

Once you select a campaign and folder, the candidates will load inside the list. Click on these candidates to view their profiles and start your recruiting activities.

I.e., I chose the Service Desk campaign and the shortlisted folder. There are seven candidates in this location.


SORT

You can sort the candidates by date added or last activity.


SEARCH

Easily search candidate ID/s, application ID/s, first name, last name, email, and phone number. Just paste or type it in the search bar.

7. THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

You can view all the data related to the candidate’s application, edit the candidate’s status, add comments and labels on the candidate profile.

8. EXPORT DATA

This function allows the user to export the candidate database in a file format that Excel can read.

9. Campaigns

What are campaigns? They are areas where applicants are held for a specific prerequisite for recruitment.

Clicking on the <campaigns> will lead you to the entire campaign list.

10. ANALYTICS

Selecting the Analytics tab will lead you to your candidate database, where users can view their sourcing activities, campaigns, messages platform usage, and their chatbot performance.

📝 The analytics feature will only be visible to the Owner and Manager with the Analytics Access level.

If you have a Manager or Limited Manager access, the Analytics tab will not be visible on your screen.

11. COMPANY SETTINGS

Only the Superuser (Owner Access Level) has full control of your company settings.

Here you can register information about the company, set up your career site, manage Facebook pages linked to your Talkpush account, manage people accounts, set up the recruitment centers, communication settings, and more.

12. INBOUND CALL DIALER

This feature is only visible to clients that have subscribed to this feature.

This function allows you to set up your inbound call dialer to receive calls from your applications directly in the CRM.

13. RECRUITER'S CALENDAR VIEW

This function displays the recruiter's business calendar and the up and coming scheduled interviews with the applications assigned to them.

14. BULK ACTIONS PROGRESS BAR

The bulk action tab indicates the current progress of mass actions executed by the user.

For example, bulk movements, send bulk messages, etc.

15. ACCOUNT SETTINGS

The account settings enable the user to view all the candidates shared with him/her, personalize the user's information like update password, profile picture, phone number, integrate your business calendar with the user's account, and log out.
