How to Duplicate a Campaign

Are you looking for a way to save time when creating multiple campaigns? Look no further! In this quick guide, we'll show you how to duplicate a campaign in just a few simple steps.

To start, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab and search for the campaign you want to duplicate. Click on the three-dot button on the right of the entry.

  2. In the pop-up menu, click on "Duplicate”.

  3. Confirm your action by clicking "Proceed."

  4. After duplicating the campaign, make sure to check each tab in the campaign settings to reflect any changes you want to make.

  5. Once you've made your changes, click "Save."

That's it! Duplicating a campaign is that simple. 👌

What will be duplicated?

When you duplicate a campaign, the following features will also be duplicated:

  • Main Settings

  • Landing Page Configuration (except for banners, which will default to the Default Banner set in the Company Settings)

  • Custom Landing Page Sources

  • Permissions and Round Robin Assignment

  • Messages Content

  • Questions & connected attributes

  • Custom Folders

  • Lead Scoring Settings

  • TalkScore (if active)

  • Active Autoflow Actions (actions that are toggled OFF will not duplicate)

  • Message toggles' states

  • TalkScore weight distribution (new tab)

FAQs

Q: If I edit a question in my duplicated campaign, will it change other questions?

A: No, editing your duplicated campaign's questions will not change other questions, even if they came from a template.
