Due to the New Facebook Policy. Our recruiters face challenges to chase applicants to complete their pending interviews.

The Delayed Chasing Messages feature allows your chatbots to send auto chase messages to encourage your candidates to complete their pending applications.

A. Candidate in unassigned

Step One: Start conversation with the bot, accept the GDPR then wait for 31 mins. Expected result: Your profile should be created under the Unassigned folder, no chasing message should be received.

B. Candidate with the pending application (inbox)

Step one: Start the conversation and agree to terms.

Step Two: Search for a job and select a job campaign, wait for 31-35 mins.

Expected result: Your profile should be under the Inbox of the selected campaign and you should be receiving the first chase message with 4 buttons:

  • Done! - to notify that you already completed the application. No 2nd chase message should commence

  • Report an issue - you will receive categories of bot error, selecting one of them will end the conversation, and no 2nd chase message should commence.

  • Remind me later! - this will trigger the 2nd chase message after an hour. 3rd chase message should be received after 22 hours

  • Apply! - will allow you to complete the application.

(If the candidate doesn’t select any button, the chase message will stop by default)
