Every user in Talkpush has a profile section that can be updated to allow for a more personalized account. The My Account panel lets you edit your profile data according to your preference.

For the complete guide start by accessing the User Menu at the top right corner of the screen, (where your profile is displayed) then click on My Account.
After this, you will be redirected to the My Account screen. Here you can update your personal / contact details and set your preferences in the following categories:
Avatar (Profile photo)
🚀 The avatar is shown to the candidates when a candidate schedules an interview with you, this will help candidates see who they are talking to and will allow more personalized interactivity with the candidates.
🚀 Selecting another Language allows the entire interface of the software to be displayed in that language for your user account. Currently, 7 languages are supported in Talkpush - English, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Thai.
Change your Password
🚀 If you need to update your password, you can access it on the My Account tab in the bottom section; just set your new password on the fields "Password & Password confirmation" and your current password on *Current Password*.

💡 After six failed login attempts, your account will be locked. If this happens, contact Product Support to have your account unlocked.
🚀 You can also personalize your messages by adding your name to them by using the “Recruiter’s Name” token. The name that will be placed there is the one you configured in the My Account Tab.
🚀 There is also a filter in the Analytics V2 that lets you filter by recruiter’s position title. This will be useful for reporting purposes!
