Talkpush connects with Workday to make your hiring process easier. When a new job is posted in Workday, Talkpush automatically creates a job campaign for it. This saves you time and reduces manual steps, making your recruitment process more efficient.

Why This Helps You

  1. Less Work for You
Forget about manually setting up new job campaigns. Talkpush and Workday work together to automatically create campaigns for you, saving you time and effort.

  2. Keep Track of Candidates
All candidate information stays up to date between Workday and Talkpush. You won’t have to worry about mismatched data, and you can focus on engaging with your candidates.

  3. A Simple Process for Candidates
The process for candidates is clear and easy, which means they’re more likely to apply and stay interested in your job openings.

How It Works

Template Campaigns: Easy Setups for New Jobs

Talkpush uses “Template Campaigns” to create new job campaigns. These templates are pre-filled with job details like job type, location, salary, and more. When a new job is posted in Workday, Talkpush uses the right template to quickly create a campaign for you.

Here’s What Happens When You Post a Job in Workday

  • Automatic Campaign Creation: When a new job is posted in Workday, Talkpush automatically creates the job campaign based on your template.

  • All the Details Are Pre-Filled: The job title, description, salary, and more are filled out automatically, saving you time.

  • Make Changes Later: If you need to adjust any details, you can update them even after the campaign is created.

What If the Job Profile Is Not Mapped?

If you get a job from Workday with a profile that doesn’t match any existing template in Talkpush, you can set up a Fallback Template. This ensures a campaign is still created, and gives you time to update the job profile or adjust your settings.

Managing Closed Campaigns

Once a job is filled and closed in Workday, Talkpush automatically stops accepting new applications for that job. But the campaign stays in your system so you can still access the candidate data for future reference.

Track Campaigns Easily

Talkpush organizes your campaigns into three clear categories:

  1. Active Campaigns: Campaigns for jobs that are still open and accepting applications.

  2. Closed Campaigns: Campaigns for jobs that are filled and no longer accepting applications.

  3. Archived Campaigns: Older campaigns that are no longer in use but still store useful data.

This simple structure makes it easy to keep track of everything at a glance.

Key Benefits

  • Save Time: Automate the creation of job campaigns.

  • Stay Organized: Keep candidate data synced between Workday and Talkpush.

  • Simple Process: Make applying easier for candidates with a smooth application process.
