The Agency Portal is a dedicated space for third-party recruitment agencies to collaborate with companies using Talkpush.
Instead of sending candidate information through spreadsheets, email, or other manual methods, the Agency Portal enables recruitment partners to submit candidates directly into Talkpush, track their submissions, and avoid duplicates through built-in validation. This allows for more transparent collaboration with hiring companies, ensuring proper attribution.
By using the Agency Portal, agencies gain visibility and control over the candidates they submit, while companies benefit from a cleaner, more organized pipeline and stronger collaboration with their recruitment partners.
To activate this feature, please reach out to your Account Manager and discuss your available options.
User Roles
There are three types of users in the Agency Portal, each with different levels of access:
Talkpush Owner – Full control over the platform. Can manage agencies, campaigns, and users, and add or remove Agency Admins and Editors.
Agency Admin – Manages users within their agency, can invite Editors, submit candidates, and review agency-wide submissions. Cannot manage other agencies or system-wide settings.
Agency Editor – Focused on candidate management. Can add, update, and manage candidates, but cannot add new users or change agency settings.
Accessing the Portal
Access to the Agency Portal is by invitation only. When a user is added to the system, they receive an email with a personalized link to log in.
Even if the email is lost, the login link can be shared directly with the user, as long as their account has already been created. This ensures that only invited users can access the portal.
Adding Users
Adding users depends on the role:
Talkpush Owners can add Agency Admins and Editors.
Agency Admins can add Editors within their own agency.
When a new user is added, the system automatically sends them an invitation email with a login link.
Submitting Candidates
Agency users can add candidates one by one using a submission form:
Log in to the Agency Portal.
Open the submission form.
Enter candidate details:
First name, Last name
Phone number, Email
Select the Campaign from the dropdown
Upload Resume (optional)
If the resume is uploaded, the system will extract its information, including:
Resume Summary
Education Summary
Work Experience
Note: The full resume file is not stored in Talkpush, only the extracted information.
Candidate Validation
When a candidate is submitted, the system checks for duplicates (based on phone number or email) from the last 6 months.
Possible outcomes:
✅ New Candidate – Added successfully and counted in the agency’s submissions.
⚠️ Previously Submitted (same agency) – Not counted as new, but still visible.
⛔ Duplicate (different agency) – Not counted as new, flagged as duplicate.
⛔ Blocked by duplicate rules – Candidate not created in Talkpush.
Candidate Records in Talkpush
Once created, candidate profiles include the following attributes:
Source: Agency Portal
Agency: [Agency Name]
Agency User: [User who submitted]
Education Summary
Resume Experience
Resume Summary
Candidate Dashboard
The Candidate Dashboard provides two different views:
My Candidates – Available to all users, showing only the candidates you personally submitted.
Agency Pool – Available to Talkpush Owners and Agency Admins, showing all candidates submitted by everyone in your agency.
Both views allow you to search by candidate information, filter by status, and review submission metrics:
Added – First submission, no duplicates
Previously Submitted – Already in the system
Duplicate – Submitted by another agency
User Management
The User Management section gives Talkpush Owners and Agency Admins control over who can access the portal. Owners see all users across agencies, while Admins only see users from their own agency.
From this view, you can:
Search or filter the list of users (filters include agency, country, and access level for Owners, and access level for Admins)
Click on a user’s name to see their details
Edit a user’s name or disable their account
Disabling a user immediately removes their access to the portal and all candidate data. Agency Admins can only disable users from their own agency, while Talkpush Owners can also disable an entire agency, which blocks access for all users under it.
Agencies Tab
The Agencies tab is only available to Talkpush Owners. It provides a complete list of all agencies in the system, grouped by country.
From here, Owners can search for agencies, apply filters by country or active status, and review key details such as agency name, country, active status, and who added the agency. Owners can also add new agencies by filling in the required fields (Agency Name and Country) and optionally uploading a logo.
Campaigns Tab
The Campaigns tab is another area restricted to Talkpush Owners. It displays all campaigns that agencies can submit candidates to.
Each campaign record shows details such as the campaign name, campaign ID, who created it, and when it was added. Campaigns are grouped by country, and the search bar allows Owners to quickly find a specific campaign.
To add a new campaign, Owners simply enter the campaign name, campaign ID, and country. This ensures that agencies always submit candidates to the correct campaigns within Talkpush.
