The Talkpush Mobile App gives you quick, mobile-friendly access to your candidates — so you can stay productive wherever you are. Users can search, filter, and review candidate profiles, contact them directly, and move the hiring process forward without needing to be at a computer.

With an intuitive design and simplified navigation, the Talkpush Mobile App brings essential CRM functionality right to your phone.

Recruiting often happens outside the office. The Talkpush Mobile App helps you:

  • Stay responsive by checking new candidates and replying faster.

  • Save time with quick actions like calling or messaging candidates directly from their profiles.

  • Hire smarter by filtering candidates by campaign, location, or status.

  • Keep your pipeline organized with easy-to-use folders and labels.

Accessing the App

You can open the Talkpush Mobile App directly in your browser from your phone, which means you don't need to download it from an app store — you simply log in and start using it.

Steps:

  1. Open your mobile browser and go to your company's Talkpush URL (e.g., https://app.talkpush.com/).

  2. Log in with your Talkpush email and password.

Depending on your phone, you can also add the app to your home screen for quicker access.

Home Dashboard

Once you log in, you’ll see a simple home dashboard designed for quick access.

  • Search for candidates by name, email, phone number, or location.

  • Open recent candidates.

  • Navigate to your favorites or filters.

Searching and Filtering Candidates

The app includes a flexible search and filter system to help you find candidates faster.

To search:

  • Type the candidate’s name, phone, or email in the search bar.

  • Results update in real time as you type.

To filter:

  1. Tap the Filter icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Choose one or more filters:

    • Campaign.

    • Folder.

    • Distance (location).

  3. Tap Apply to view your filtered results.

You’ll see active filters displayed on the screen with an easy “Clear All” option to reset your view.

Candidate Cards

Candidates appear as individual cards with key information for quick review:

  • Profile photo or initials to the left.

  • Candidate name.

  • Folder and Campaign.

  • Location.

Each card includes quick-action buttons to contact the candidate directly via Call, Email, or WhatsApp.

Candidate Profile

Tapping a candidate’s card opens their full profile, giving you immediate access to all relevant information and actions.

At the top of the screen, you’ll see:

  • A favorite toggle.

  • A share button to share the candidate’s information.

Below the top section, the profile presents the candidate’s details in an easy-to-read layout. You can view contact information, including phone and email, and copy them directly for fast outreach. Campaign and folder assignments, location information, and labels provide context for your recruitment decisions.

You can also perform key actions directly from the profile:

  • Update the candidate’s folder using the dropdown menu.

  • Contact the candidate via Call, Email, or WhatsApp with integrated buttons.

Reviewing Candidate Details

The Candidate Profile includes several expandable sections:

Questions

  • View the candidate’s responses in an easy-to-read format. Each question can be expanded or collapsed for quick navigation.

Attributes

  • Displays information synced from Talkpush’s desktop CRM — such as work experience, education, or other candidate attributes. You can learn more about the candidate attributes here.

Comments

  • View previous comments or add your own at the top of the section. Each comment shows who wrote it and when.

You can view and manage most candidate details. Some advanced CRM features will be added in future updates.
