The Internal Job Listing Page is a centralized, branded careers page that automatically displays all campaigns you choose to publish from Talkpush. It gives candidates a single place to browse open roles and apply, while giving your team full control over which positions are visible — all without leaving your Talkpush account.
When a candidate clicks on any listed job, they are redirected to the campaign's Landing Page to complete their application.
How It Works
Each campaign in Talkpush has a toggle in its Main Settings that controls whether it appears on the Internal Job Listing Page. When the toggle is enabled, the campaign is listed on the page. When it is disabled, the campaign is hidden from the page but remains active in Talkpush.
Candidates browsing the page can search by position or location, and filter results by Country, Location, Job Type, and Work Type. They can also filter by team to quickly find roles relevant to them.
Publishing a Campaign to the Job Listing Page
To list or unlist a campaign on the Internal Job Listing Page:
Go to the Campaigns Tab and open the campaign you want to configure.
Navigate to Main Settings.
Locate the Publish Campaign on Internal Job Listing Page toggle.
Toggle it to Yes to display the campaign on the page, or No to remove it.
Save your changes.
The change will be reflected on the listing page immediately after saving.
Page Branding
The Internal Job Listing Page can be customized to reflect your company's identity. To request branding changes, contact your Account Manager. The following elements can be configured:
Title – The main heading displayed on the page's hero section.
Subtitle – A short tagline shown below the title.
Company Logo – Your organization's logo displayed at the top of the page.
Banner Image – A custom banner image. If none is provided, one is automatically generated using your brand colors.
Primary & Secondary Colors – Your brand colors, used for buttons, interactive elements, and the auto-generated banner.
Q: Can I publish multiple campaigns at the same time?
A: Yes. There is no limit to the number of campaigns you can publish to the Internal Job Listing Page simultaneously. Simply toggle on each campaign you want to display.
Q: Will unpublishing a campaign affect existing applications?
A: No. Toggling a campaign off the listing page only removes it from public view. All existing leads and applications within the campaign remain intact in Talkpush.
