The Talent Mobility Dashboard is the admin interface for your Talent Mobility careers site. It lets you see all your active vacancies, share your public careers page link, manage who has access to the dashboard, and configure your branding — without leaving the platform. Vacancies sync automatically from Talkpush, so the list always reflects your current campaigns.
For a guide to the candidate-facing careers page that job seekers see, see The Internal Job Listing Page.
Dashboard
The Dashboard tab gives you a high-level snapshot of your Talent Mobility campaigns at a glance.
The three stat cards at the top show:
Total Campaigns | The number of Talkpush campaigns currently synced to Talent Mobility. |
Open | The number of campaigns currently accepting applications. |
Categories | The number of distinct job categories across your campaigns. |
Below the cards, two charts provide a visual breakdown of your campaigns: Campaigns by Category shows the distribution of roles across job types, and Campaign Status shows the proportion of open versus closed campaigns.
The Latest Campaigns section at the bottom lists the most recently synced campaigns. Click View all to go to the full Vacancies list.
Note: Campaigns are synced from Talkpush. The Refresh button in the top-right corner updates the data manually if you need the latest figures before the next automatic sync. |
Vacancies
The Vacancies tab shows all campaigns synced from Talkpush and gives you tools to share, preview, and manage them.
Public Vacancies Page link
At the top of the Vacancies tab, the Public Vacancies Page banner displays your public careers page URL (https://talentmobility.talkpush.com/careers/[your-company]). Use the copy icon to copy the link to your clipboard, or click the external-link icon to open it in a new tab. Share this URL with candidates so they can browse and apply to your open roles.
Filtering and searching vacancies
Two stat cards below the banner show your Total campaigns count and a breakdown by country. To find a specific vacancy, use the search bar to filter by title, category, or location.
Vacancy cards
Each vacancy is displayed as a card showing the role title, description snippet, city, country, employment type, contract type, and salary (where provided). Each card also shows its Talkpush Campaign ID for reference.
Three action icons appear at the bottom of each card:
↗ Apply page | Opens the campaign's application page — the URL candidates use to apply. |
👁 Landing page | Opens a preview of the campaign's Talkpush Landing Page. |
⧉ Copy (copy icon) | Copies the campaign's application URL to your clipboard. |
Each card also displays a status badge (e.g. Open) and a work-type badge (e.g. Remote) in the card header.
Note: Vacancies are read from Talkpush campaigns. To add or remove a vacancy from this list, update the campaign's publish settings in Talkpush. See The Internal Job Listing Page for instructions. |
Users
The Users tab lets Admin users manage who has access to the Talent Mobility Dashboard. The Company Users table lists all current users with their name, email address, role, status, and last access date.
User roles
Admin | Full access to all dashboard areas, including Users and Settings. Can invite and remove users. |
User | Access to Dashboard and Vacancies. Cannot manage users or edit Settings. |
Invite a user
Click + Invite User in the top-right corner.
Enter the new user's email address and assign them a role.
Send the invitation. The user will receive an email to set up their access.
Note: Only Admin users can invite, edit, or remove other users. If you need to change your own role, ask another Admin to update it for you. |
Settings
The Settings tab contains the Careers page settings, where Admin users can configure the branding and appearance of the public careers page that candidates see. Click Preview at any time to see how the page looks before saving.
Hero section
The Title and Subtitle fields control the text displayed in the hero banner at the top of your careers page. Leave Subtitle empty if your banner image already contains the text.
Branding
Company logo | Your organization's logo shown at the top of the careers page. Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP file. |
Banner image | A custom hero image for the careers page. Recommended size: 1920 × 720 px, under 500 KB (PNG, JPG, or WebP). If no banner is uploaded, a gradient is generated automatically from your brand colors. |
Color overlay on banner | Toggle to add a tint of your primary color over the banner image. Useful when text on the banner needs more contrast. |
Primary color | Used for buttons and interactive elements across the careers page. Also used to generate the auto-gradient when no banner is uploaded. |
Secondary color | Paired with the primary color to build the hero gradient when no banner image is set. |
The Gradient preview and Button preview sections update live as you change your colors so you can review the result before saving.
Q: Where do the vacancies come from? A: Vacancies are synced automatically from your Talkpush campaigns. To control which campaigns appear on your public careers page, use the publish toggle in each campaign's settings in Talkpush. See The Internal Job Listing Page for full instructions.
Q: What is the difference between the Apply page and the Landing Page? A: The Apply page is where candidates submit their application — it's the URL you share in job postings or embed on your careers site. The Landing Page is the Talkpush-hosted campaign page, which may include a chatbot or pre-screening flow depending on how the campaign is configured.
Q: Where can I find the link to my public careers page? A: The URL appears in the Public Vacancies Page banner at the top of the Vacancies tab. It follows the format talentmobility.talkpush.com/careers/[your-company]. You can copy it directly from there. |
