This release focuses on candidate experience and recruiter efficiency — introducing a redesigned Leads Tab, identity verification for AI Calls, a new on-site check-in tool, bulk action control, and a dedicated admin dashboard for Talent Mobility careers pages.

Face Verification adds an identity signal to AI Calls. When a candidate completes an AI Call, Talkpush automatically compares their face from the call video against a reference image or video they submitted earlier in the process. The result — a match, review, or no-match — appears as a badge on the candidate profile, with no manual work required from the recruiter. Results are also written back as candidate attributes, making them available in Autoflow rules and exports. This feature is particularly valuable for BPO, staffing, financial services, healthcare, and other high-stakes hiring environments. Contact your Account Manager to activate.

The Leads Tab has been redesigned with a new three-panel layout that puts the chat front and center. The updated interface includes a middle panel for candidate overview, application details, and actions (move, assign, tag, share), and a right panel with tabbed navigation across Chat, Documents, Comments, Screening Questions, Assessments, Attributes, Journey, and Other Applications. Chat is now the default view when opening any candidate profile. The new UI rolls out alongside the existing Classic View — you can toggle between the two at any time from the top-right corner of the Leads Tab.

Interview Pass is a dedicated Talkpush app that replaces paper sign-in sheets at walk-in interviews and high-volume hiring events. You generate a unique QR code pass for candidates in a campaign folder, send it through your existing Talkpush channels, and scan it at the venue for an audited check-in. Every generated pass link and scan timestamp is written back to the candidate record in Talkpush, so reporting stays in one place. The app includes a live dashboard, pass management, scan logs, and a mobile-optimized QR scanner.

The Talent Mobility Dashboard is a new admin interface for your Talent Mobility careers site. It lets you see all your active vacancies synced from Talkpush, share your public careers page link, manage who has access to the dashboard, and configure your branding — all without leaving the platform. The public careers page is accessible at talentmobility.talkpush.com/careers/[your-company].

Users can now cancel a bulk action that is In Queue or In Progress directly from the Progress Notification Panel — no need to contact Product Support. Canceling stops any remaining candidates from being processed. Actions already applied before cancellation are not reversed automatically, so it is recommended to review your pipeline after canceling to confirm the current state.
