Talkscore AI Interview Reports in the Candidate Profile

Review a candidate's full AI interview — scores, transcript, and recording — without leaving Talkpush.

Written by Crismin Joy Lagamayo

Recruiters can now review a candidate's complete AI interview report without leaving the candidate profile. By bringing scores, transcripts, recordings, and language assessments into the Assessments section, it's easier to evaluate candidates, compare interview results, and make hiring decisions—all from a single place.

What It Does

Every AI call a candidate has taken now appears as its own row in the Assessments section. Completed calls sort to the top, with the most recent one already expanded when the profile loads. Every other call collapses to a one-line summary until you click it open.

Each expanded call includes:

Section

What it shows

Call header

Campaign, agent, date, duration, status, and overall score out of 5 for that call.

Recording

The interview recording, with playback synced to the transcript.

Transcript

The full text of the interview, collapsible so it doesn't push other sections off the screen.

Skill scores

A score for each skill the interview assessed, with the AI's written analysis underneath.

Language level

Overall language level plus a breakdown per dimension.

Interview questions

Each question asked, grouped with how that specific answer scored.

Reviewer verdict

A way to mark a score right or wrong, flag which part, and leave a comment.

The skills shown always match what that client's interview is configured to assess, so the report is complete and correctly labeled no matter how a client's skill set differs from another's.

Reviewers can also leave a verdict on any call — mark whether a score looks right or wrong, choose which part of the assessment it relates to, and add a comment. That verdict is saved and visible the next time anyone opens the call.

Note: This report is turned on per company and is off by default. If you don't see it in your Assessments section yet, contact your Account Manager to have it enabled. It looks and works the same whether you're using the classic candidate profile or the new one.

What this changes for you:

  • Reviewing everything in one place: scores, transcript, recording, and language level, without switching applications.

  • Catching AI scoring errors: the reviewer verdict turns a hunch about a wrong score into a record you can act on later.

  • Jumping straight to key moments: click any line in the transcript to jump the recording to that exact moment.

  • Getting a portable copy: save or print the full report to share with a hiring manager.

  • Adapting to any client automatically: the report always shows the right skill set, with no per-client setup.

How It Looks in Talkpush

  • Open a candidate's profile and go to the Assessments section. The most recent completed AI call is already expanded. Older calls, and any that never completed, are collapsed below it.

  • Click a collapsed call to open its full report. The report opens immediately if you've already loaded it once this session; otherwise it shows a loading state while it fetches the data.

  • Play the recording or click any line of the transcript. Clicking a line in the Transcript jumps the recording to that moment.

  • Review the Assessment Result. The Assessment Result section provides a summary of the candidate's AI interview, highlighting their overall performance and key takeaways. Use it to quickly understand how the interview went before reviewing the detailed transcript, scores, and recording.

  • Review the Language Assessment Scores. The Language Assessment Scores section breaks down the candidate's performance across each assessment category, making it easy to identify strengths and areas for improvement at a glance.

  • Review Extracted Candidate Data. The Data Extraction section automatically captures key information from the interview, organizing the candidate's responses into structured fields for quick review without having to read the entire transcript.

  • Leave a reviewer verdict. Under any skill score, mark it right or wrong, select the affected area, and add a comment. Your verdict is saved when you reload the call.

  • Download Report. Click the Download Report button to generate a document with every section — including any you had collapsed. The recording player and the reviewer feedback form aren't included in the saved document.

Q: What if a call is missing a recording, transcript, or scores?
A: The report still renders, showing whatever it has and noting where something isn't available — it won't fail to load.

Q: What does a plain AI phone call show, with no scores or questions?
A: It renders a simplified report with just what that call actually captured, such as the recording, without blank scored sections.

Q: Does this replace the external report I use today?
A: Yes, once your company has it turned on. The panel shows the same data as the external tool, so there's no need to open a second application.

Q: Can I still see the report if I'm in the new candidate profile?
A: Yes. The report looks the same whether you're using the classic profile or the new one — just resized to fit the narrower panel.

Q: What happens if I download or print the report?
A: You get a document with everything visible on screen, including any collapsed sections, but without the media player or the reviewer feedback form.

Q: Can a candidate's report include questions from a different AI agent?
A: No. Only the questions belonging to the agent that actually ran that call appear, even if the candidate answered other agents on the same application.
