The Enhanced AI Interview Report is a redesigned version of the AI interview report in the candidate profile. It reads like a professional assessment document: a clear verdict and the reasons behind it, the candidate's strengths, red flags, and growth areas, a visual map of their skills, the evidence for each score, and the full transcript with the recording, all in one place. It's a company-wide setting that's off by default, so contact your Account Manager to enable it.
Note: Companies without the Enhanced report see the Classic report. For how that version works, see TalkScore AI Interview Reports in the Candidate Profile.
Important: Scores don't change. The Enhanced report uses the same interview and the same 0–5 overall score as the Classic report; it explains the result much more clearly. Nothing changes for the candidate either.
What It Does
Sections appear in the order below. A section only appears when there's something to show, so you never see an empty box or invented content.
Section | What you see |
Header | Company logo and name, candidate name, campaign, email, phone, interview length and date, and the overall score in a highlighted box (for example 4 / 5) with the verdict label next to it.
|
AI verdict | The verdict label, what it means, and why this candidate received it, in plain words.
|
Introduction | A short summary of the candidate's background, experience, and motivation.
|
Insights | Quick facts (such as availability, education, or experience), screening check results (such as "Shift flexibility: Pass"), and the core skills assessed.
|
Skills analysis | A radar chart showing the candidate's skill profile at a glance, plus a bar and a written explanation for each skill.
|
Behavioral evaluation | Each skill's score with the evidence behind it. With Talkpush's newest scoring, the candidate's exact words are quoted, and a quote only appears after it's been checked against the transcript.
|
Candidate highlights | Three colored columns, Strengths, Red Flags, and Growth Areas, with a count of each.
|
Interview transcript & media | Buttons to watch the video or listen to the audio, and the full conversation laid out like a chat. Click a timestamp to jump the recording to that moment.
|
Interview questions | Each question, numbered, with the candidate's answer and a button to play that answer only.
|
Language assessment (CEFR) | The candidate's English level on the CEFR scale (A1 = beginner to C2 = near-native), with sub-scores.
|
Proctoring and session analysis | Identity and integrity checks. See Identity and Integrity Checks below.
|
Other details | Anything else the AI agent collected that isn't shown elsewhere, so no information from the Classic report is lost.
|
Reviewer feedback | Below the report: agree or disagree with the AI's assessment.
|
What this changes for you:
Deciding faster: the score, verdict label, and reasons sit at the very top of the report.
Spotting real risks: red flags are kept for genuine risks, so good candidates aren't rejected over one weaker answer.
Checking any claim in seconds: clickable timestamps and per-question audio take you straight to the evidence.
Sharing with confidence: every report carries your company's logo and name, ready to show a hiring manager.
Turn On the Enhanced Report
The Enhanced report is a company-wide setting and is off by default. To turn it on, contact your Account Manager.
Note:
Timing – Allow up to one hour for the report to appear after you turn it on. If you already have a candidate page open, refresh it.
Past interviews – Interviews completed before activation appear in the new layout straight away.
Turning it off – The Classic report comes back, with the same one-hour delay. Nothing is deleted either way.
How It Looks in Talkpush
Here's where to find the Enhanced report and how to read its key sections.
Open the Report
Open a candidate's profile.
Go to the Assessments tab.
Click the AI interview row to expand the report.
Understanding the AI Verdict
The verdict label comes directly from the overall score (0 to 5). It's never a separate AI opinion, so the label and the number can't contradict each other.
Overall score | Label | What it means |
4.5 – 5.0 | Exceptional | Met the bar across the skills assessed and performed at the top level on most of them. |
3.5 – 4.4 | Strong Candidate | Met the bar across the skills assessed, with evidence for each. |
2.5 – 3.4 | Consider | Met the bar on some skills and fell short on others. Worth a second look before you decide. |
0 – 2.4 | Not Recommended | Fell short of the bar on the skills the interview set out to assess. |
Note: If an interview has no overall score, no verdict is shown. "No score" is not the same as "Not Recommended." Talkpush may refine label names and score bands over time.
Reading Strengths, Red Flags, and Growth Areas
In Candidate highlights, each strength, red flag, and growth area is a full sentence backed by something the candidate said or did. Red flags are reserved for real risks, such as not being available for required shifts or giving contradictory answers. An average answer becomes a growth area instead, and each growth area includes a suggested next step, like a follow-up question or a short exercise.
Identity and Integrity Checks
The Proctoring and session analysis section appears when your company uses one or more of these checks and the candidate has a result.
Pass/fail screening checks, such as shift flexibility, appear in the Insights section. A failed check is also listed as a red flag.
Check | What it tells you | Good to know |
Voice verification | Whether the voice in the AI interview matches the candidate's earlier recorded answers, with a confidence percentage. | Needs a voice sample from an earlier answer. A "no match" also appears when more voices than the candidate and the AI interviewer are heard. |
Face verification | Whether the face on video matches the candidate's earlier sample. | Video interviews only. |
Reading detection | Whether the candidate seemed to read prepared answers: Clear, Suspected, or Likely. | English interviews only. |
Note: These checks support your judgment; they aren't proof on their own. A voice match means the voice matched earlier answers, not that an ID document was checked.
Get the Most Out of the Report
The report adapts to each of your AI agents as they're configured, so there's no fixed skill list to rebuild. For the most detailed reports, the Talkpush team can set up your AI agents to write evidence-backed Strengths, Red Flags, and Growth Areas for every interview. To request this, contact your Account Manager.
Until your AI agents are set up, the report still works and fills each section with what's available:
Section | What the report shows instead |
Strengths / Growth Areas | Items built from the skill scores (for example "Empathy (5/5)"). This works, but it's less informative. |
Red Flags | Any failed screening checks. If there are none, the column reads "No red flags identified." |
Introduction | The call summary. |
Insights | The insights Talkpush generates for every interview. |
Note: Setup changes apply to new interviews only. Interviews completed before you set up your AI agents will keep using the fallbacks above.
Q: Does the Enhanced report change the candidate's score?
A: No. The overall score is the same 0–5 score as before, from the same interview. The report only presents it differently.
Q: Do I need to configure anything myself?
A: No. The Talkpush team turns on the report and sets up your AI agents. Contact your Account Manager to get started.
Q: Can I turn on the Enhanced report for some campaigns only?
A: No. It's a company-wide setting. What each campaign's report contains depends on its AI agent, so reports can still differ in detail between campaigns.
Q: Will older interviews get written strengths, red flags, and growth areas?
A: Not automatically. Older interviews appear in the new layout straight away, but written highlights only exist for interviews completed after your AI agents were set up for them. Until then, the report uses the skill-score fallback.
Q: Is the candidate notified when the report changes?
A: No. The report only changes what you see. Candidates are never contacted.
Q: Why is a section missing from a report?
A: Sections only appear when there's data. For example, the proctoring section is hidden when your company doesn't use those checks or the candidate has no result, and the questions section is hidden for interviews without recorded question-by-question answers.
Q: What language is the report in?
A: The report's labels are in English. Strengths, Red Flags, and Growth Areas are also written in English, even when the interview was in another language, so all reports read consistently.
