The AI Interview Builder in TalkScore Live creates a voice interview for a role in a few minutes. You choose the position, the soft skills to assess, the question style, and the AI interviewer's persona. You then test the interview yourself and send candidates a link to take it.
Before You Start
Use Chrome or Edge on a computer with a microphone. You need the microphone to test the interview yourself.
Set Up Your Interview
The builder supports seven interview languages, including English, Español, and Português.
1. Go to talkscore.live.
2. Select the language for the interview. The builder writes the questions in this language.
3. Click Continue →.
4. Select the industry the role belongs to: BPO, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Security, Banking, or IT.
Note: Not sure which industry fits? Select Adaptive Assessment. The interview opens with five general questions. The AI then selects the best-fit industry and asks three role-specific questions. The interview runs 8–12 minutes. |
5. Select the position the interview screens for. Each industry has its own list of positions.
6. Choose how to set up the interview:
Let AI Decide – The AI pre-selects the best skills, questions, and style for the role. You can still adjust any step.
Configure Myself – You choose every detail step by step.
