Filters decide which leads, hires or messages the report counts. They are the chips in the toolbar.
Change a filter
Select a chip. A small panel opens with that filter’s options.
Pick what you want. Lists have a search box, plus Select all and Deselect all for the options that match your search.
Select Apply. The button turns dark as soon as something has changed and goes grey again once the report matches your filters.
A chip that shows All means nothing is excluded. When you pick more than one value, the chip shows the first value and a +N badge.
Add and remove filters
Select Add filter to bring in filters that are not on the row, such as country, location, recruiter, source or campaign type. Hover over a chip you added and select its ✕ to take it off. Some chips, like the main date range, stay on the row because every report needs them.
Clear filters
The Clear filters button (filter with a cross) puts the filters back to their defaults. The default date range is the last three months.
Date ranges
A date range can span at most 6 months. If you pick a longer one, the date is adjusted for you and flashed in red. Recruiter Productivity is limited to 3 months.
Dates cannot be in the future.
Each report names the date it filters on. For example, Hiring filters hires by Hire Date, and the others filter leads by the date the lead was Added. The card’s “?” always says which one applies.
Some filters follow you between reports
The common filters (campaign, country, location, source category and similar) can carry over when you move to another report tab in the same session, so you do not need to set them again. A saved default setup for the company takes priority over carried-over filters.
Saved filters
The Saved filters button (bookmark icon) saves the filters you have set so you can come back to them in one click. Saved setups belong to the company you have selected, and everyone with access to that company sees the list. Each report keeps its own list.
Save a setup
Set the filters you want.
Select the Saved filters button (bookmark icon) in the toolbar.
Type a name and select Save Filter (on Process Funnel: Save Setup). Saving with an existing name asks you to confirm before it overwrites.
Load a setup
Open the saved filters list and select a name. The filters are restored and the report is generated. While a saved setup is applied, the bookmark button turns black with a check mark, and the setup is highlighted in the list, so you can tell at a glance that you are looking at a saved view.
Make a setup your default
Select the star next to a setup to make it your default for this company. Next time you open that report for that company, your default loads and the report generates automatically. Select the star again to remove it. Defaults are personal, so setting one does not change anyone else’s screen.
Always use the latest dates
Tick Always use latest date before saving. When you load that setup later, it keeps the length of the saved date range but moves it so it ends today. Use this for recurring views like “the last 30 days”.
Delete a setup
Select the ✕ at the end of its row. It is removed for everyone with access to that company, so check before you delete one a teammate may use.
Chart and table views
The two buttons at the right of the toolbar switch between Chart view and Table view. The report keeps the last one you used.
Table view
Show: the dropdown at the top left of the table picks which data to show. Each choice matches a chart or card on the chart view, such as by source, by campaign or over time.
Sort: select a column header to sort by it, select again to reverse.
Search: filter the rows by text.
Columns: choose which columns to show.
Row count: the table tells you how many rows match.
Export: in table view, Export downloads exactly the rows on screen as a CSV file.
The table uses the same filters and dates as the charts, so the totals agree.
Chart controls
Control | What it does |
Day / Week / Month | Changes how a time chart groups its data. Weeks run Monday to Sunday. A week or month at the edge of your date range only counts the days inside the range. |
Stacked / Grouped | Stacked puts the series on top of each other so you see the total and the mix. Grouped puts them side by side so you can compare them directly. |
Unique candidates | On the leads volume charts this draws the number of distinct people as a line. A person who applied to three campaigns is three leads but one unique candidate. |
Default | Talkpush | On charts and tables grouped by source category. |
Sunburst charts | A sunburst chart is made of rings, one per level of detail. The two in Sources and Campaigns have an inner and an outer ring. Select a segment to zoom in on it and select the centre to zoom back out. |
Hover for details | Hover over any bar, line or segment for its exact value and share. |
Week over week (WoW) | The tiles marked WoW compare the last full week in your range with the week before it. A week the range only partly covers is left out, so a range that ends mid-week does not show a false drop. |
Hide a section | Process Funnel only. The eye icon on a section hides it and a bar above the report lets you bring it back. |
Download CSV | The small download icon on a card saves just that card’s data. |
Chart types
Chart | How to read it |
Bar chart | One bar per period or category. Taller means more. |
Stacked bar chart | Each bar is split into parts that add up to the total. Switch to Grouped to put the parts side by side. |
Horizontal bar chart | The same as a bar chart, drawn sideways, which suits long labels. |
Bars with a line | Bars show counts, and a line on its own scale shows a rate or a typical value. |
Line chart | A trend over time, one line per series. |
Donut chart | A ring split into shares of a total. |
Sunburst chart | Two rings: the inner ring is the main group and the outer ring splits each group in detail. Select a segment to zoom in and the centre to zoom out. |
Heat map | A grid of squares. The darker the square, the higher the number. |
Funnel | Stages in order, with how many leads reached each one. |
Map | Locations of leads, shown as hotspots or by country. |
Export
Select Export in the toolbar. In chart view it opens a menu:
Choice | What you get |
A chart or table name | A CSV file with that card’s data, the same file as the download icon on the card. |
Download as image (PNG) | A picture of the whole report as it is on screen: every card, tile and chart. |
Download as PDF | The same picture as a single PDF page, as tall as the report, so nothing is cut across pages. |
The image and the PDF start with a small header showing the report name, the company, the filters in force and when it was made. That makes them safe to paste into a deck or an email without anyone asking which filters were used.
Note:
Image and PDF export work from the chart view. In the table view, Export downloads the table as a CSV straight away.
The first image or PDF in a session takes a few seconds while the export tools load.
To include fewer sections in the picture, use Medium or Compact width first, or on Process Funnel hide the sections you do not need.
Page width
The three icon buttons next to the chart/table switch set how wide the report is. Hover over one to see its name.
Full uses the whole window. Best for wide tables and large monitors.
Medium centres the report in a narrower column.
Compact is the narrowest. Best for screenshots and for reading on a laptop.
Charts resize to fit. Your choice is remembered in your browser and applies to every report.
