Getting started with CRM Analytics

Learn how the CRM Analytics screen is laid out and which report to open for your question

Written by Kyla Landicho

CRM Analytics is a set of reports about your recruiting funnel. Each report is a tab in the top bar. They all work the same way, so once you know one you know them all.

Quick start

  1. Set the filters, then apply

The filter chips under the top bar control what the report counts. Change them, then select Apply (magnifying glass icon). The first report usually generates by itself when you open the page.

  2. Read, switch views, export

Scroll through the charts, switch to the table view for the raw rows, and use Export to take the data or a picture of the page with you.

Look for the “?” marks

Every card and every number tile has a small ? that appears when you hover over it. Select it to read exactly what is counted, which date it uses and which filters apply. When a number looks surprising, start there.

The report screen

Every report page has the same layout. At the very top is the app bar: the Talkpush logo, the company picker, the report tabs, the language switch and your profile menu. Under it is the toolbar, and under that the report itself. Here is what each part of the toolbar does.

Toolbar part

What it does

Filter chips

Select a chip to change it.

Add filter (plus icon)

Add a filter that is not on the row yet.

Clear filters (filter with a cross)

Clear filters back to the defaults.

Saved filters (bookmark icon)

Save, load and star your setups.

Apply

Apply the filters. It is grey when the report already matches your filters and turns dark when something changed.

Chart view / Table view

Switch between the chart view and the table view.

Page width

Full, Medium or Compact.

Export

Export data or a picture of the report.

The EN | ES switch in the app bar changes the language between English and Spanish. On each report you will also see two timestamps, Report generated at and Data updated at.

To learn how each toolbar part works, see Filter, save, view and export your reports.
