A
Access Levels
The access level defines the level of access a recruiter has within the platform. Talkpush has 4 access levels: Owner, Admin, Manager, and Recruiter.
Analytics
Talkpush's Analytics Module allows you to visualize and analyze your recruitment data in multiple ways. The analytics module is divided into 6 sections: Overview, Demographics, Recruiters, Pipeline, Communications, and Candidate Experience.
Application
An Application refers to the submission made by a candidate to a particular job opening or campaign. Each application is unique and is created when a candidate engages with a campaign for the first time. An application always belongs to a particular campaign and has a unique ID.
Attachments
Files sent to Talkpush by a candidate through any channel. Talkpush can then display those attachments in the candidate profile. Examples: CVs, ID Photos, etc.

Auto Actions / Bulk Actions
Bulk Actions allow you to perform a series of actions on multiple candidates at once. In Talkpush, Bulk Actions include: Send Message, Move to folder, Move to Campaign, Request Document, Schedule Interview, Shortlist, Reject, Hire.
Autoflow
Autoflow is a feature that automatically performs actions on your leads, based on triggers and conditions you set. The autoflow is a set of rules that runs automatically without any human intervention. An action is always a message, and a trigger is always based on a folder change.

Broadcast Campaign
A Broadcast Campaign is a campaign type that allows you to send a message to a specific group of candidates. It does not have any pre-screening questions or interview flows.

Candidate Attributes
Candidate Attributes are the data points stored in Talkpush that describe a candidate and their application. These include personal information (such as name or contact details), application identifiers, campaign details, recruiter assignments, interview schedules, onboarding data, and other recruitment-related fields.
Candidate Attributes can be used as tokens in messages.
Candidate
A Candidate, also referred to as a Lead, is a person who has applied to a Campaign in Talkpush. A candidate can have multiple applications in Talkpush (depending on the duplicate management settings).
Campaign
A Campaign in Talkpush refers to a Job Posting. Recruiters create campaigns to attract and pre-screen candidates. A campaign has a set of pre-screening questions (chatbot), a set of sourcing channels (integrations), and a set of folders to organize candidates.
Career Page
The Career Page (also called a Landing Page) is a web page where candidates can view job openings and apply to a campaign. The Career Page is hosted by Talkpush.
Chatbot
The Chatbot is a software that allows candidates to complete a pre-screening interview in a conversational format. The Chatbot is available on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Web (Landing Page).
Chatbox
The Chatbox is the section in the Lead Profile where you can see all communications between the candidate and your team. You can also send messages to candidates from the Chatbox.
Collection
A Collection in Talkpush refers to the folders that organize candidates within a campaign. The default folders are: Inbox, Pre-screened, Shortlisted, Rejected, Hired. Custom folders can also be created.
Cooling Period
The Cooling Period is the time a candidate must wait before reapplying to a campaign. It is configured in the Campaign Settings.

Data Map
Data Map is a feature that allows you to link a pre-screening question to a Candidate Attribute. When a candidate answers a question, the answer is stored in the Candidate Attribute.
Duplicate Management
Duplicate Management is a feature that allows you to control whether candidates can apply to multiple campaigns or the same campaign more than once.

Export
Export is a feature that allows you to download candidate data from Talkpush. You can export candidates from a specific campaign or from all campaigns. The data is exported in CSV format.

Folders
Folders are the sections within a campaign where candidates are organized. Talkpush has default folders: Inbox, Pre-screened, Shortlisted, Rejected, Hired. Custom folders can also be created by Owners and Admins.

Group Campaigns
Group Campaigns allow you to link multiple campaigns together, so candidates can apply to any of the campaigns in the group. This is useful when you have multiple locations for the same job.

Hired Folder
The Hired Folder is a default folder in Talkpush where recruiters move candidates who have been hired. Moving candidates to the Hired Folder allows Talkpush to track hire rates and other metrics.

Inbox Folder
The Inbox Folder is the default folder where new candidates land when they apply to a campaign. Recruiters can then move candidates to other folders based on their screening results.
Integrations
Integrations are connections between Talkpush and other platforms. Talkpush integrates with job boards, ATS systems, assessment tools, and communication platforms.

Job Application Campaign
A Job Application Campaign is the standard campaign type in Talkpush. It includes a pre-screening chatbot, sourcing channels, and candidate folders.
