The Template Library feature is designed to enhance the user experience and streamline campaign management. This addition will allow users to send templated messages to candidates with improved formatting and standardization across various channels such as Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. This implementation aims to elevate the quality of our clients' official communications, especially those set up through Autoflow. The feature is configurable and editable by users with Owner Access, ensuring proper control and management of templates.
Where to find it
Users with Owner Access can access the Message Template tab to Create & Edit templates. Here's how to get there:
Go to Templates > Templates > Messages
Select the desired channel (Email, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS)
Considerations:
A Search Bar will be placed at the top of the page, making searching for templates by name easy. The number of matching results for each channel will be shown next to the channel title.
If a message channel is disabled, the corresponding tab will be unclickable/disabled, ensuring users don't accidentally change it.

Using the Template Library with Automation
Autoflow
Template display: When a specific channel is selected for a Send Message action, a searchable dropdown displays the names of templates for that channel.
Send Message Autoflow Action: For each enabled channel, a dropdown is provided where users can select one template per channel to be sent. The system sends the best available template to candidates. Messages are not editable in this case.
🚀 When a template message has been edited, all Autoflow actions using it will be updated as well. A pop-up message will confirm the action. Click Update to proceed.
But, if the template message was edited in the Autoflow setup it will be unlinked from the Message template and will not be affected by any changes to the original template. If you want to proceed with the action, click on Update.
Bulk Actions
Template display: When a specific channel is selected for a Send Message Bulk Action, a searchable dropdown shows the names of templates for that channel.
Best Available channel selection: If users select the Best Available channel, a dropdown for each enabled channel is displayed, allowing users to choose one template per channel to be sent. The system sends the most suitable template to candidates. Messages are not editable in this case.
Note: The messaging channel priority is as follows: Preferred Communication channel > Last channel used > Messenger > WhatsApp > Email > SMS.
