Trigger the Share Profile action via Autoflow

Talkpush has enhanced communication efficiency by seamlessly integrating the Share Profile feature into Autoflow. This advancement streamlines the process of profile sharing, offering recruiters more options to automate their workflow. Users can trigger the Share Profile action effortlessly, choosing between WhatsApp and email communication to share profiles effectively with teammates or guests.

How to Add Share Profile Action in Autoflow

1. Go to Campaign Settings > Autoflow, then click Add Action.

2. The first thing you need to do is the Create Trigger step, which involves selecting and filtering candidates targeted by Autoflow, click the Add Action button, then choose Share Profile.

3. Select which platform you want to share profiles via - Email or WhatsApp


Sharing via Email:

A. If you are sharing it with team members, click on the dropdown to view the list of users to whom you can share the profiles.

B. If you are sharing with guests, enter the email address and click Add guest email.

Add a Message on the text box to send additional instructions to your reviewers, then click the dropdown to select the information you want to share. Click Save to activate the Autoflow action.

Sharing via Whatsapp:

To share profiles via Whatsapp, click the dropdown button to select guests. To add a guest reviewer to this list, go to the Company Settings.

After selecting from the list of guests, click on the dropdown list to select the information you want to share. Hit Save to activate the Autoflow Action.
