  • Age: You would typically set 2 minimum and maximum characters.

  • Local ID number: You should set a fixed number of minimum and maximum characters according to your location standards.

  • Salary expectation: You could set a range of minimum and maximum characters, but be sure to specify the currency in the question, so there is no confusion.

In the past, when creating a new question, you were faced with six different response methods and a button menu to select the option you prefer.

Today you'll find a drop-down list instead with seven types of responses (the ones present in the image above and the new numeric type). It looks like this. πŸ‘‡

πŸ“ A few rules to consider (nothing major, don't worry):

  • The minimum number of characters is 1, and the maximum is 30.

  • If the candidate inputs another format (non-numeric), the answer won't be accepted, and they will receive a pop-up message asking them to input a numeric value.

  • If the candidate writes less than 1 character or more than 30, the system will remind them with a pop-up message to respond within the allowed range.
