Having a WhatsApp chatbot powered by Talkpush allows you to offer a wide number of solutions to facilitate your candidates' journey, giving them access to the best experience.
WhatsApp’s prescreening feature lets candidates directly answer your campaign questions in-app without going through a standard lengthy initial flow that would affect the applicant’s completion time. And yes, this includes candidates who have never interacted with the bot through this channel.

Here’s how it works
First, enable the invitation template message for WhatsApp within the campaign settings (messages tab) that you want to use. If you need a new template, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Use the option to manually add a candidate and fill in the fields corresponding to name, last name, email, and phone number (the registered number must be a valid WhatsApp number). If you want to add more than ten candidates simultaneously, you can do it by uploading a file with the same information for each.
Once the action is completed, the candidate will receive the invitation message via WhatsApp.
And that's it; after that, the candidate will only have to send the Call to action (CTA) for the bot to display the campaign questions. You’ll help candidates complete their job applications in minutes through WhatsApp.
Once their application is complete, they will also be notified and can use the bot if they want to ask any other questions or navigate through the flow. All without leaving WhatsApp.

If you need to prompt a response after typing "Start," you can advise the candidate to type "Restart" or "Unsubscribe" and revisit the Invitation link. Please be advised that if the candidate has already begun answering the interview questions, the option to unsubscribe will not be available.
⚠️ Android users filling your prescreening questions via WhatsApp will have a time limit of 22 seconds when recording video. This is currently a limitation for WhatsApp, in these cases, you may switch to an Audio type question if you need more time.
