Candidates can now book interview slots based on the shared availability of your recruiter team using round robin assignment. Talkpush shows the earliest available time slots across the recruiter pool, helping candidates book faster and reducing scheduling delays.
To get started, first make sure the recruiters have access to the campaign.
Add recruiters to the campaign
Go to Campaigns > [Campaign name] > Permission Settings.
Under No Access, hover over a recruiter’s email and click Add.
Confirm the recruiter appears under With Access.
Click Save to apply your changes.

Set up round robin assignment
From Permission Settings:
Scroll to Round robin assignment.
Add the recruiters you want included in the assignment pool.
Click Save.
This pool is used to distribute candidates and determine available interview slots.
Important reminders:
Team availability follows each recruiter’s calendar configuration. This includes:
Booking Window — controls how far in advance candidates can schedule interviews
Booking Notice — controls how soon candidates can schedule interviews
When only a few time slots are available, Talkpush may extend the booking window to offer more options. To learn more, see Prevent empty calendars with the rolling booking window.
Manage candidate assignment
The round robin automatically assigns new candidates to recruiters as they come in. If any candidates slipped through without an assignment — for example, if a recruiter was added to the pool after those candidates entered the campaign — you can catch them up manually.
Click Assign Now in the Round Robin Assignment section. This immediately assigns all unassigned candidates to the next recruiter in the round robin order, keeping the queue moving without disrupting the rotation.
If all candidates already have a recruiter assigned, no action is needed — you'll see a confirmation message letting you know the queue is clear.
Use segmented availability
Segmented availability lets you split your round robin pool into groups, so candidates are routed to the right recruiters based on a candidate attribute — like location, role, or requisition number.
When you select an attribute from the Segment by dropdown, the system automatically creates one group per attribute value, plus a Default group. To manage the values used to generate segments, see setting up candidate attribute values. When a new candidate enters the round robin, they're matched to the segment that fits their attribute value and assigned to a recruiter within that group.
To set it up, go to Permission Settings → Round Robin Assignment and select an attribute from the Segment by dropdown.
A few things to know:
A recruiter can only belong to one segment. Moving them to a new segment removes them from their previous one.
If a candidate's value doesn't match any segment, they're routed to the Default segment.
You can create and delete custom segments. Segments generated from attribute values — and the Default segment — cannot be deleted.
