Hiring data lives in a lot of places: candidate profiles, campaign settings, automation rules, message threads, assessment results, call records. Finding one answer usually means opening five screens, or asking someone else to do it for you.
Clara skips the hunt. She's built directly into the Talkpush CRM, so she can read your account's data, put the pieces together, and give you a straight answer in plain language. No report to configure, no export to wrangle.
Here's everything Clara can look into, and the kinds of questions she can answer along the way.
🔍 Candidates, Applications, Attributes & Labels
From a single candidate to a whole campaign, Clara can pull up the details that matter:
Profiles — candidate ID, name, email, phone, creation date, lifetime application count, and conversation counts.
Applications — the application reference (like AP123), linked campaign, current folder, source, channel, labels, and submission time.
Attributes & metadata — standard and custom fields such as sourcing channel, UTM tags, salary expectations, work shift preference, work eligibility, experience level, screening scores, and custom dropdown or text answers.
AI insights — fitment scores, AI summary briefs, fitment rationales, interview brief notes, and AI-generated screening suggestions.
Labels — campaign-specific and company-level tags on applications.
Try asking:
"How many candidates applied to [Campaign] this month from LinkedIn or Facebook?"
"Which candidates are in the Shortlisted folder and hold a valid driver's license?"
"Show all applications for candidate C4829 across different openings."
📂 Campaigns, Folders & Automations
Wondering why something happened in your pipeline, or how it's set up? Clara can read the configuration and the history behind it:
Campaigns — ID, job title, open or closed status, location, remote work model, language, target headcount, duplicate handling rules, cooling-off periods, and the job description.
Folders — IDs, stage names, folder types (lead, applied, shortlisted, hired, rejected), transition rules, and default settings.
Autoflows — triggering events (enter, update, exit stage), assigned folders and campaigns, worker types (messaging, stage moves, integration triggers), delay timers, execution order, enabled or disabled status, and condition logic.
Autoflow execution logs — target applications, execution state (pending, started, finished, failed, unqualified, halted), scheduled versus finished times, and retry counts.
Bulk actions — batch tasks, who requested them, target volume, success and failure tallies, run states, and recurring schedules.
Try asking:
"Which automated actions trigger when an applicant moves into the Phone Screen folder?"
"What is the failure rate of the WhatsApp invitation autoflow over the last 30 days?"
"Who initiated the bulk message broadcast yesterday, and how many records failed?"
📝 Screening Questions & Responses
See what you asked, what candidates said, and where they dropped off:
Questions & sets — question text, category (general screening or voice assessment), type (text, audio, multiple-choice, file upload), language, linked attribute, conditional branching, active status, and answer options.
Candidate responses — answered or skipped, sequence number, submission time, and full text transcripts of spoken or written answers.
Capture source — whether the answer came in through WhatsApp, Messenger, a smart call, a landing page, phone, or API.
Try asking:
"What did candidate AP9812 answer when asked about willingness to work night shifts?"
"What are the completion and skip rates for question #3 this week?"
"Which question sets are linked to our customer service campaign?"
💬 Conversations & Messages
Every exchange with a candidate, in one place:
Conversations — channel (phone, WhatsApp, email, Messenger), interaction mode (bot, human, interview), and the linked profile and application.
Messages — message ID, channel, direction (inbound or outbound), type (SMS, system notification, template, custom comment), sender, delivery time, and the full text.
Templates — channel-specific templates, notification titles, email subjects, and SMS bodies.
Try asking:
"What was the last message received from candidate AP4421, and when?"
"How many outbound WhatsApp reminders were dispatched last week?"
"Review the email correspondence between the recruiter and applicant C1092."
📋 Assessments & Integrations
Clara can see which assessments are connected and how your candidates performed:
Connected assessments — assessment names, external providers (such as Sapia, Harver, Workable, and Criteria Corp), ATS reference IDs, and enablement status.
Results — completion status (pending, triggered, completed, failed, superseded), numerical scores, completion times, and score breakdowns mapped into candidate attributes.
Try asking:
"How many applicants completed their cognitive assessment last month?"
"What was the average assessment score for candidates moved into the Interview folder?"
"Did candidate AP7712 pass their language assessment, and what score?"
📞 Voice AI Calls
Get the full story on your Voice AI screening, from setup to outcome:
Call records — vendor, target application, channel (phone or web), status (pending, in progress, completed, declined, voicemail, not taken, failed, dropped), start and finish times, duration, call cost, and candidate experience ratings.
Call settings — Voice AI configuration titles, persona configurations, and associated campaigns.
Call report feedback — the reviewing manager, verdict (accurate or inaccurate), evaluation area, feedback comments, and timestamps.
Try asking:
"What is the completion rate and average call duration for Voice AI screening this month?"
"What proportion of completed calls were rated 'accurate' by reviewers?"
"Why did Voice AI calls fail for candidates in [Campaign] during the last run?"
👥 Team Access & Permissions
Know who has access to what, without digging through settings:
Manager accounts — name, email, title, role level (admin, recruiter, interviewer), active or deactivated status, timezone, and last sign-in.
Campaign permissions — manager-to-campaign assignments, auto-assignment flags, round-robin lead allocation segments, and assignment timestamps.
Try asking:
"Which recruiters have access to the BPO Customer Representative campaign?"
"Who is in the round-robin for the Sales Representative requisition?"
"When did a specific manager last sign in?"
🕐 Audit Trails & Change History
Who changed what, and when. Clara can trace it:
System audits — create, update, and delete records across campaigns, profiles, applications, folders, and autoflows, showing who did it, the action type, version numbers, and the before and after values.
Activity logs — manager activity, candidate profile activity feeds, and application event streams such as stage movements, manual notes, and status overrides.
Try asking:
"Who moved candidate AP3920 from Screening to Rejected, and when?"
"What settings were changed on the Senior Analyst campaign in its latest update?"
"Which manager updated the autoflow condition logic for the SMS reminder?"
📊 Charts, Funnels & Flowcharts
Numbers are better when you can see them. Ask Clara for a visual and she builds it from your account data on the spot:
Chart | Great for |
Funnel | Stage-to-stage candidate progression, with volumes and conversion drop-offs. |
Bar | Comparing categories, like applications by source, volume per campaign, or calls by status. |
Line | Trends over time, like daily intake, weekly completion rates, or monthly hiring volumes. |
Pie | Proportional shares, like applicant source distribution or message channel breakdown. |
Behind every chart are the numbers you'd want: exact counts, distinct candidate counts, completion rates, hire rates, average and median durations, and custom percentiles such as p90.
📄 CVs & Attachments
Clara can read the documents behind an application, so you don't have to open each one:
Candidate attachments — resumes, diplomas, government IDs, and certifications attached to application records.
CV extraction — job titles, employers, years of experience, skills, education, languages, and certifications.
Files you share in the chat — PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, and plain text.
Try asking:
"Summarize the CV attached to application AP8291."
"Does candidate AP3341 have experience managing contact center teams based on their resume?"
"Review this attached PDF job description and compare it against the screening questions in campaign #410."
📏 Note: Clara can retrieve up to 150 records at a time. If your question matches more than that, for example listing every application in the Completed folder, she returns a sample instead of the full list. This is intentional, to keep her responses fast and efficient.
💡 Tip: The more specific your question, the better the answer. Include the campaign name, application reference (like AP1234), candidate ID, or a date range, or attach a screenshot.
