How to export candidates data from Talkpush

Exporting candidates’ data can help you organize your day by having the proper set of information you need. We will show you 3 different ways to export candidates;

Here's a video walk-through by Perry to guide you on the different ways to export candidates!

Single Campaign Export

Export all the candidates’ information of the campaigns you have access to. This function will only export candidates as a whole, with the date range you set.

1. On the Campaigns tab, use the search bar to find the campaign you are looking for.

2. Click on the three dots on the right side of your campaign

3. Set the Date Range, you can write the dates or navigate in the calendar. Select the data columns you need then Click Export.

General Export

From the Leads tab, export single and multiple campaigns within a time range.

1. Click on the Export button located in the upper right corner of the Leads Tab.

2. Click on the drop-down button to select the campaigns you want to export. All campaigns will always be the preselected option if you choose none of the Campaigns.

3. Select the Date range. You can write the dates or navigate in the calendar.

4: Scroll down and select the data columns you need. Then, click Download.

Custom Export (Bulk Action Menu)

Export specific data of your candidates.

1. On the Leads tab, select a Campaign and Folder. You can also click on the + Add filter depending on what information you want to export.

2. Select all candidates or multiple candidates on the list to activate the Bulk Actions menu.

4. Select the Export Candidates option.

5. On the right side of the screen, select data columns to export. Then click Download.

6. A pop-up reminder will show you the number of Candidates, the Campaign & Folder, and Added Filter information. To proceed with the Export, click Yes.

🚀 Pro Tips:

1. You can double-click data columns while selecting them to be included in the export. Select multiple data columns by holding Ctrl or Command keys then click the “>” button.

You can click on the button “>>’’ to move most of the data points at once.

2. All candidate attributes are listed as separate data points; select some candidate attributes or all of them by clicking Extra Data in the list of columns. To ensure that your desired candidate's attribute is in the export always double-check your list of Extra Data.


Q: Is there a limit to how many leads I can export?

A: Yes, the current limit is 10,000 rows. If you try to export more, you'll get a pop-up message.

Q: What happens if I get logged off while exporting data?

A: No problem! Talkpush will automatically send the export data to your email.

Q: Can I do other things on Talkpush while exporting extensive data?

A: Yes, you can perform other actions while exporting data.

Q: Are exports downloaded automatically?

A: Yes, but you must allow pop-ups from Talkpush to make sure the download goes smoothly.

Q: Why can't I export a candidate attribute?

A: The attribute has not been added to the “Candidate Attribute” list. If it is not in the list, it cannot be exported or used as a filter.

Q: What does the Candidate Attribute "Moved to status date" mean?

A: The date of movement to the Completed Folder is the moved-to status date.


Q: Will candidates who were added to Talkpush today be exported in my export?

A: You will be able to export all leads immediately after they are added.
