Talkpush enables employers to engage with candidates more effectively. Here, we’ll delve into the various campaign types offered by Talkpush, including Job Application, Inquiry, Broadcast, Onboarding, and Exit Interview, and discuss the situations in which they are most useful.

You may choose the type of campaign from the Campaign Settings:

Job Application

The Job Application campaign type automates the initial steps of the hiring process, allowing candidates to apply for open positions. Here, you should ask the most important and relevant questions for your position. You may allow or disallow duplicate candidates, depending on company preferences

Ideal for: High volume recruitment, streamlining application processes, and improving candidate experience.

Inquiry

The Inquiry campaign type facilitates communication between potential candidates and the organization. This campaign type can answer common questions about company culture, open positions, and the hiring process. The Inquiry campaign is perfect for companies looking to engage with interested candidates, even if they aren't applying for a specific job.

Ideal for: Enhancing employer branding, promoting company culture, and engaging passive candidates.

Broadcast

Broadcast campaigns focus on specific interactions with candidates, such as inviting them to attend events, complete assessments, or provide feedback. This campaign type is excellent for one-time interactions that don't require long-term engagement.

Ideal for: Event promotion, assessment invitations, and collecting candidate feedback.

Onboarding

Onboarding campaigns aim to enhance the new hire experience by guiding them through the onboarding process. You may use these campaigns to provide essential information, request important documents, and ask for information you need from new hires. This campaign type is beneficial for companies looking to improve employee engagement and retention from day one. This is the other campaign type that lets you choose whether to allow or disallow duplicate candidates.

Ideal for: Improving new hire engagement, reducing onboarding costs, and increasing employee retention.

Exit Interview

The Exit Interview campaign type automates the process of conducting exit interviews with departing employees. This campaign type allows organizations to gather valuable feedback and insights into the employee experience, identify areas for improvement, and maintain relationships with former employees.

Ideal for: Gaining insights into employee experience, addressing areas of improvement, and maintaining alumni networks.
