Having a Limited Manager access allows you to assign leads directly to yourself, removing the necessity of involving managers or users with higher permission levels. This capability gives you autonomy over your leads and control over their recruitment process and updates.

Assign Leads to yourself by following these easy steps:

Single Candidate Assignment

1. Go to the Leads Tab, and on the candidate’s profile click on Actions.

2. From the dropdown menu, select Self Assign.

3. On the pop-up, click Confirm to proceed with the action.

Multiple Candidates Assignment

1. On the Leads Tab, select multiple candidates to activate the bulk action options.

2. Select Self Assign from the Bulk Actions menu.

3. Confirm the action by clicking Yes on the pop-up message.

Please note that as a Limited Manager, you cannot assign leads already assigned to a recruiter. However, you can remove yourself as the assigned recruiter by clicking the "x" button in the Assigned Recruiter panel next to your name. Learn more about Recruiter Assignment in this article.
