Do you want to manage the unique data access for your team? Talkpush acknowledges that each Company has its data access regulatory requirements. Talkpush provides Access levels permission settings to ensure that appropriate levels of data access are allowed based on user responsibilities and allows you to replicate the Company's recruitment process in Talkpush.

Talkpush Access levels are permissions that enable users to perform various tasks inside your Company’s Talkpush account. Owners can regulate what information users see based on their access level and manage particular permitted or restricted actions by assigning access levels. Owner, Manager, Manager with Analytics, Onboarding Admin, Manager, and Limited Manager are the five direct access levels in Talkpush.

Roles and functions

  • Owner: The Owner is the Company Admin, who has complete configuration access to overall Talkpush features. The Owner can manage and add a Manager, Manager with Analytics, Onboarding Admin, Manager, and Limited Manager.

  • Manager: The Manager will not have access to or visibility on the Company settings or Analytics tab, and they do not have access to campaigns that they did not create; however, the Manager can create a campaign, or the Owner who made the campaign can give access to the managers to campaigns.

  • Limited Manager: Unlike the Manager, the limited Manager cannot create campaigns. Even if they have access to the Campaign Settings, they cannot edit them.

  • Manager with Analytics access: This role is quite similar to the Manager level role. However, they have access to the analytics tab; they can not access the company settings. To access the campaigns, they should be a campaign owner or need permission from the Owner or Manager of the campaign.

  • Onboarding Admin: Onboarding Admins cannot access the company settings or the analytics tab. They can only access campaigns and leads for which they have permission and will have full access to Onboarding features.

📝Let’s take a look at the given tables to see which actions are available for each access.
