Managing pre-screening questions across multiple campaigns can be a difficult task, especially when you need to add or remove questions individually. However, you can add the Question Sets as pre-screening questions on our campaigns. This will allow you to efficiently manage and control similar campaigns, saving you precious time.

How to Set Up the Question Set

1. Go to Templates and click on Question Sets.

2. On the Question Sets page, you can see the existing sets already configured, and if you want to create a new set, click on Create New.

3. Add a Question Set Name to help you identify your Question Set when configuring the campaign questions.

4. Then click Add Question. Click on the drop-down button to view all questions from the Questions template.

5. Click the ‘+’ button to add the question or add more questions. Then hit Save.

Add Question Set as Pre-Screening Questions

1. Select a campaign then go to Campaign Settings > Questions.

2. If it’s a new campaign and no questions are added yet an option will appear to either add a Question Set or add questions one by one. If you want to set up a question set, you need to remove all the previously set up questions.

3. Click Add a Question Set then select the Question Set you want to add.

Note: You will not be able delete a Question Set while it is in use in an Autoflow or as part of a campaign's questions. You can track the usage of a Question Set by clicking on the pencil icon or the edit button to see which campaigns are using it and whether it's employed for Autoflows, Pre-screening Questions, or Onboarding Questions.

How to add a question set to Onboarding Campaigns

  1. Go to the Campaign Settings.

  2. Go to the Questions tab > Add a Question Set.

  3. Select the desired Question Set (assuming one is already created in the Templates tab)

  4. Once done, go to Main Settings.

  5. Disable the “Enable Onboarding” setting (so the interview link will retrieve the questions in the Question Set and not the Onboarding questions).

  6. Click on Save.

Q: Can I directly edit questions from the campaign settings?

A: No, you cannot directly edit questions from the campaign settings. You need to go to the Templates tab to edit them.

Q: How can I add, remove, or edit questions within a Question Set?

A: To add, remove, or edit questions within a Question Set, go to the Question Set in the Templates tab. Any modifications made here will automatically reflect in all campaigns that use that Question Set.

Q: How can I send a question set?

A: The question set feature is only attached to candidates via autoflow (assuming they pass the criteria). We are not able to send it manually.

Q: How can I remove a Question Set from a campaign?

A: Click on the Delete icon on the Question Set. Click Continue to confirm the action.

Q: Can a candidate access the Onboarding Form using the <Interview link> token?
A: Yes, only IF the candidate received an <Interview Link> token and it is still valid, AND The candidate is in an Onboarding Campaign, Hired folder.

Q: Why are candidates receiving the same Question sets even when they should be random?
A: Receiving the same question set multiple times in a row can still happen due to the nature of it being random. If the question set pool is small, the chances of this happening increase.
